Great experience from start to finish. Raj and Punita were professional, polite and friendly and Raj did a great job installing the shutters. The shutters look amazing and were competitively priced. Would highly recommend Shuttercraft.

Of the many firms out there offering Shutters , I decided to go with ‘Shuttercraft’ because ,-
No.1 - The staff who dealt with my inquiries.
No.2 - The Versatile Product.
… in my understanding this is a small local firm, run by v few people. Although the shutters are made in ‘ShutterTown’ China -a place where the Whole community live & breathe shutters.
I liked the personal touch, as I was made to feel like a valued customer from my v 1st conversation with the polite & informative Punita.
Promptly (after a txt msg) her husband Rajesh arrived to measure-up ,and immediately removed his shoes (Already I liked the respect this gentleman showed for my home.)He then showed me several designs and colour options and advised me, in his experience ,what would be best for my particular needs & windows. . My house is not a brilliant build quality so my windows it turns out, aren’t SQUARE! … Rajesh persevered and came back for a further 2 visits in order to get the measurements immaculate and to TRIPLE CHECK that I was happy.and ignoring phone calls from Punita saying:-“what time are you coming home? Dinner is ready!! “ ,-
So now we had the waiting game . This is the only down-side as the product has to come from overseas.
But Boy is it worth the Wait !!
Rajesh himself came to fit our shutters.-again, impressive customer service to ensure we got a pristine product.
He was here from 08:30 - 18:30 and only had 20 mins for lunch!
The shutters fit perfectly & look amazing! Neighbours all suitably impressed. Makes the house STAND OUT FROM THE REST.

Excellent service from start to finish
From measuring up to completion, it has been an easy journey with Raj. All measurements were taken and checked. Advice was given and discussions made about suitability and adaptations for our large, old windows. We were kept informed all the way about production and when the shutters could be fitted. Fitting was expertly done and the shutters look amazing.
