The shutters look really nice however…
The shutters look really nice however one of the main reasons we chose them is the hope that it would make the bedroom darker for sleeping during the day as I work nights. Sadly this isn’t the case

Hi Emma, thank you for your feedback. The shutters you purchased were a special shape which unfortunately we don't offer room darkening options for this type of product. This was explained during your survey that we cannot offer a blackout solution, and that light will ingress around the edges of the panel and lovers. We value your feedback and we are constantly innovating our products to provide a solution to all customer requirements.

Perfect Shutters and Fantastic Service
Although we had a longer than usual wait time for installation, it was well worth the wait. From start to finish, all the staff at shutter craft gave a personalised, friendly and professional service. On installation day, the fitter arrived on time and the finish of the shutters is excellent. Communication through our experience has been fantastic and the price was incredibly reasonable in comparison to competitors of like quality. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks you Lynne, Charlie, William and the lovely chap who came to fit them.

Matt came along with a wealth of knowledge and advice, a friendly face and a good price!
He was absolutely right on the lead times and arrived, with Andy for our fitting at 9am as he'd said he would.
Matt and Andy fitted our shutters within three hours, nice guys to have in the house on a Saturday morning and left clearing everything they'd used, not a bit of rubbish left behind.
Our shutters look so good, we're thrilled to bits with them.

From start to finish we couldn't have been more pleased
From start to finish we couldn't be more pleased. The home visit clearly explained the options we had and the lady had a full range of samples so we knew exactly what we were going to get. Absolutely no pressure to buy and happy to answer some extra questions after we had thought things through. The installer was extremely professional and we are so happy with the end result. We would have given 6 stars if we could.
