Very happy with the results. From initial survey which was done very professionally with no hard sell to the fitting of the shutters, no mess left behind hoovered and cleaned.

After a lengthy deliberation on what to have at my recessed dormer windows I decided on shutters. Karen came round to measure up she was very friendly and explained about all the options I could have. I decided on white MDF with the black out blinds. She was a brilliant first contact with Shuttercraft and I instantly liked her. I got a quote from her very quick and because I got a good first impression booked them. I had to wait about 13 weeks but they were well worth the wait. Scott came to fit them he was very friendly and easy to talk to. He cleaned up after himself and has done a great job at installing them. I am so glad I decided to have shutters though a little more then other blind options these are far superior and the black out blind works amazingly with the shutters. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shuttercraft and will definitely use them again. Both Karen and Scott are a credit to the company. My shutters are beautiful and the service I received was excellent. I would highly recommend to everyone. The company are very professional, so good in fact I will be ordering some for my bedroom x

From the survey to the fitting of our shutters the service was excellent. We are extremely pleased, they look amazing.

I used Shuttercraft after several recommendations and were very professional and very informative when they came to do the quote..Great communication when it came to fitting and arranging dates. Fitter was lovely, removed all rubbish and left everything clean and tidy and gave me a demonstration on what to do and not to do.
Highly recommend, great price too.

Excellent service from consultation to installation. Very happy with the quality and they look great. Lead in time a little longer than in the past, from order, but that is out of the suppliers hands.

I looked at a few different suppliers for shutters but the Shuttercraft customer service, shutter quality and cost made me choose them. Once selected the customer service remained excellent and the fitting of the shutters was even better than I expected! I’ll definitely be buying more shutters from Shuttercraft!

My blinds were fitted yesterday and I am delighted with them. My neighbours have already asked for Shuttercrafts number! I have a bungalow and it gives my bedrooms so much more privacy. The fitter was polite, prompt and tidy, plus he took all his rubbish away with. Absolutely love them!

From their first contact, coming round to demonstrate (in a Covid secure manner) to the actual fitting, everything has been first class.

We are over the moon with the shutters. They look absolutely fantastic and Scott (the fitter) was professional, courteous and has done a brilliant job. He tidied up after himself and you wouldn't have know he'd been in the house - other than it's now Insta-worthy!!
