From start to finish we had fabulous service, measuring and shutter instillation. Great communication and we are very happy with the style, colour and quality of the shutters. The 2 shutter fitters were really great and were a pleasure to have in our home.
Price was great too !

I now have four windows fitted with shutters from Shuttercraft. The first two were fitted in my lounge and I have just had two bedrooms fitted with shutters as well. I would definitely recommend Shuttercraft, they are very reliable and friendly and the shutters are of a very good quality.

Absolutely first class company. The shutters fit perfectly and look amazing. The guys that come out are great. Would 100% recommend them.

We were very happy with Andy's most friendly and professional approach measuring our windows - which of course made Steve's job easier. The fitting of the four windows and one French door were carried out perfectly and most cleanly.
We had asked if shoe coverings would be acceptable since we have new carpets and Steve was most happy to co operate (thank you Steve!).
Neighbours have already commented on how good the shutters look.

We ordered plantation shutters from the Norwich branch of Shuttercraft and have been absolutely delighted with the quality of the product and the service from Andy and Steve. The shutters look great and, although they aren't cheap, they have transformed the look of the house.

Excellent service from Shuttercraft Norwich. Andy came and quoted for the job in January which consisted of a large glazed wall that went up into the apex of the garden room. He was extremely knowledgable and made the job sound straightforward (not like the salesman from a well known national company ,who also gave us a more expensive quote!). After accepting Shuttercraft’s quote we were given a 12 week lead time. Almost to the day we were contacted for fitting. Andy was punctual and his standard of work is exceptional. A mention also has to go to Steve who was super quick at sending out the quote, installation booking and invoicing. Thanks guys a fantastic company which We would highly recommend.

Having obtained three quotes, I chose to go with Shuttercraft - primarily because Andy came across as being knowledgeable about the product, so able to answer all of my questions and give good advice whilst not pushing hard for my order. In addition, I was happier with using a small, local firm,and their price was competitive. I have had no regrets - Andy has been, friendly and efficient throughout, and installed the shutters on schedule with a minimum of fuss and disruption and with no damage to surrounding paintwork . Most importantly, the shutters look great.
