The team at Nottingham were very professional from ordering my shutters to fitting them, keeping me informed at each stage. The shutters are of a high standard and I would highly recommend.

Always did what they said they’d do.
Arrived on time for both quoting and fitting.
Worked very hard on fitting day, cleaned up before leaving.
Pleasant and polite people.

Most of the journey with Shuttercraft was delightful, from the initial quotation where my needs were understood and ideas handily contributed, through to the installation, which was efficient and of a very high standard, with the guys even going the extra mile when asked. A minor gripe would be the comms between ordering and readiness for installation, as weeks went by without an update (in fairness, this approach was articulated from the outset, but as something went awry with my order it made it slightly more confusing than it should have been), but otherwise I couldn't recommend this company enough.

From ordering to fitting, Shuttercraft were honest and reliable in the updates and service. The fitter arrived early, was professional in the fitting process and cleaned up thoroughly after fitting. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for shutters in their home.

I purchased a shutter for my kitchen window in my new build property and from day 1 the service I received from Will and Charlie was excellent. Measurements were taken promptly, and I was fully informed of my options and the process.
The installation was excellent, Scott was very respectful of my property and explained how everything worked once he was done (including how to look after the product).
I would highly recommend Shuttercraft to anyone thinking of having shutters in their home.

Amazing service from start to finish. Made to feel very comfortable from the first meeting and no pressure applied to order. Once ordered great communication and delivered earlier than expected which is always nice. On the day of fitting very prompt and efficient fitting and couldn’t be happier with the end product. Would definitely use again and would 100% recommend.

From the initial consultation, when I was shown the differing shutters etc., to the fitter who installed them, the Shuttercraft staff were extremely helpful. Everything went as planned and I am extremely pleased with the shutters.

This was an efficient service from beginning to end, Well done Shuttercraft! I was well informed about the lead times and was given information when delivery of the shutters and enough notice about the fitting! The fitting was done as scheduled but be warned it’s carpentry therefore noise is unavoidable! The pricing for what I got I can’t complain and won’t hesitate to recommend them!

Both of the people who came to the house to a) measure and b) fit the shutters, were polite, helpful, and did their work with the minimum of fuss and/or mess. Our questions were answered, and we were given helpful suggestions about our shutters. The cost of the shutters was less than we were anticipating, which was great!

The pricing was spot on, the help choosing styles and materials were spot on. The delivery/production times were totally transparent and almost to the day. The fitter polite, professional and friendly. The shutters amazing. They have transformed my house. I honestly hand on heart can’t find fault in anything at all. Not one thing. If you want shutters, don’t go anywhere else.
