Wonderful experience from start to finish.
All the staff members that I had to pleasure of interacting with were friendly, courteous and professional.
The shutters themselves are of high quality and reasonable priced considering that these are custom made shutters. Furthermore it is worth mentioning that there is a reasonable range of customisation that can be offered including custom colours!
Highly recommended!

Excellent Product & Service
I rate this company "Excellent" because of the service that I received throughout the experience. From the beginning Simon, Clint & Jo were very professional, courteous and friendly. They were up front and honest about delivery times being long but once the shutters arrived in Bath, they were speedily installed and I am very pleased with the quality and the overall effect. The price was also very competitive and I would have no hesitation in recommending their product and service.

Great service and product
Really pleased with my shutters and with the service throughout. At the first appointment to discuss options everything was very clear and samples were very helpful. There was no hard selling or pressure tactics but all information was clear and helpful. The installation was undertaken with care and everything was explained and discussed.
All communication was very prompt, professional and polite. The product itself is very good quality and I think worth the price. Very pleased.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. They have transformed the look of each room and with the split mechanism, give light and privacy when needed. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend.

Love my new shutters
Love my new shutters.
Shuttercraft were very efficient, they visited when they said they would, they kept me up to date on delivery and fitted the shutters within a couple of hours. I found Shuttercraft to be very competitive in price and I will definitely be having more more shutters fitted. They make such a difference to the look of my home. Will definitely use Shuttercraft again.

First Class Product From a First Class Company
This is our 4th home that we have purchased Shuttercraft shutters for which should be testament enough. We cannot recommend Simon, his team and the product highly enough. The shutters have always attracted positive comments both from our neighbours and the people who have purchased our houses as we have move on. One neighbour openly admitting that she suffered from shutter envy every time she walked past our house.
