Shutters look brilliant!

Our previous property in the Midlands was fully fitted with shutters by Shuttercraft. Having downsized and moved to Harpenden I had no hesitation in contacting Shuttercraft St. Albans. Sean set up an appointment the following day and fully discussed options and product samples. The quality is now even better, the fact that the shutters themselves are now able to open by a half or whole window individually is a great plus. I did explore other quotes but Shuttercraft again were best. I was happy to place an order (which arrived well in advance of the quoted delivery date) and Anton worked his socks off in cheerfully fitting the shutters.

Gene and his team were brilliant from start to finish. We had a very large window we wanted shutters for, with added complexity because it has a shaped apex at the top. We even had two other companies tell us they couldn't do the work because the window was too large and complex. Gene came multiple times to make sure the measurements were absolutely accurate and was friendly and professional every time. The shutters took a while to be made because of the complex shape but Gene kept us informed and they were fitted last week with no disruption whatsoever. We couldn't be happier - we're now hoping to get more in other parts of the house! 10/10 would recommend

Seans product knowledge and advice and was fantastic. He knows the products inside out and we were able to make an educated selection for our apartment and skylights. Fast forward 5 weeks and Anton arrives on time, fully equipped and a superb craftsman (and as a sidenote, a thoroughly decent guy with great taste in music). Faultless from start to finish, thanks chaps.

I just had 6 shutters fitted last week by Andy, the delivery was to the day of 12 weeks. The fitting was seamless and all done in 1 day no problem.
Andy cleared up after each room and they were just perfect.

Really pleased with the shutters. They look amazing. Both measuring and fitting were great. The chap that measured them was really knowledgeable and explained all available options with regard to the placing of handles, panels etc, whilst the fitter did a great job and left everything tidy (we got rid of the packaging ourselves which was fine). Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because of the delivery time which was almost 4 months. I now realise that this is because they are made in China which I hadn't actually realised. I just assumed (my mistake entirely!) they were manufactured in the UK. Still really pleased though and the shutters look great!

We'd been looking for some shutters for quite some time, & after reading the Trustpilot reviews, we were so impressed we decided to get in touch with Shuttercraft & were not disappointed.
After speaking with a delightful Matt on the phone, we arranged a home visit.
When he arrived, he was warm, friendly & professional, & it was like we had known him for years!
He took the time to explain everything, answering our queries & going through the various options, with nothing being too much trouble.
There was no pressure, & no hard sell, just genuine customer care, with Matt being a splendid Ambassador for the company firmament.
The price quoted was excellent, & we placed our order a few days later by calling back.
We were kept informed every step of the way, & chose an installation date that was suitable.
When Matt promptly arrived, he was accompanied by his colleague Dan, who like him, demonstrated the same exemplary, caring, friendly & courteous attitude.
The craftsmanship was extraordinary, & their attention to detail second to none, cleaning as they went along.
Upon completion, they explained how everything worked, & gave us a demonstration, & to contact them should we have any questions or issues.
I can only describe our experience as perfection, & Matt was absolutely beaming with pride, & rightly so.
5 stars just isn't enough.

Excellent service, explained everything offered lots of options. All the extras like a middle bar and hidden rails but still the best price. Fitting service was excellent too. Will use again for sure for other windows. I’ve had so many compliments on them.

I had blinds fitted in two rooms recently. I must say what an excellent company. Gene fitted them the quality is excellent. Attention to detail on fitting them was second to none. I am delighted. I never give reviews but so deserved.

We had an excellent experience working with Gene from Shuttercraft. We were looking for custom black shutters for our living room and Gene recommended the Fiji hardwood range.

They were absolutely worth the wait stunning in appearance and very lightweight. So if you are after premium shutters with top quality installation, Gene at Shuttercraft is the person for the job.
