We were so pleased with our shutters they were very good quality and with the aid of the fitting instructions on the shutter plus website very easy to install. we will be getting some more.

Fast and efficient delivery. My one grumble is that the two separate hinges came stuck together. Needed some force to prize them apart with a knife leaving slight scratch marks on them. Bit annoying and could have been packaged more carefully but, at the end of the day, it's just a hinge and it works.

Sent off straight away, delivery held up by parcel force, Shutterplus customer service was first class, very helpful and looked into my problem for me. Will definitely be using them again soon.

It's only fair to update my review, communication was a little lacking at times, however understandable given the current circumstances.

I have to say the quality of the product was far beyond my expectations, and they all arrived safely and undamaged.

Would recommend Shutterplus and I'll be purchasing additional shutters for other rooms.

We made our first order with Shutterplus in autumn 2019 after moving into our new house and these were fitted by Hugo and the team before Christmas. We cannot fault the shutters in any way! We’ve had nothing to compliments from family and friends and the contact from the team between order and fitting was second to none. Hugo also measured up some more windows while he was here and we’ve just recently placed another order to finish off some of the other bedrooms.
