I originally contacted Charlie, having seen his company on Instagram. I looked into it a little closer as it’s hard to trust what you see on social media.
Sent a message to Charlie, quite late in the evening and his response was immediate.
The whole experience of working with his team has been faultless from the beginning.
Personable, courteous, incredibly helpful and professional.
I had whole house done and would recommend Charlie and his team to anyone.
I have worked many years in the design and construction industry, this team are exceptional, don’t hesitate for a moment if you are considering them!

Charlie and his team have just fitted shutters to our kitchen and what a great job they made of the installation. The team were, professional, very friendly and the cost was extremely competitive. I would not hesitate in recommending Charlie to anyone thinking of have shutters installed.

Had our shutters installed on Thursday. Absolutely thrilled with them. They look great and do exactly what is required. Brilliant service and really great young men doing the installation. Would highly recommend.

Charlie and the team arrived on time to install our shutters. They carried out the install taking care in our home and removing all the rubbish. Couldn’t have asked for a better job and would definitely recommend Shutters by James.

Great price, friendly guys, communication was 100%, very prompt and great workmanship, very tidy and respectful of my house, the one downside is the wait for the shutters to be made but I believe that is out of their control.
Would highly recommend and I would use them again.

These guys deserve more than 5 stars, absolute quality. We had 4 rooms fitted with shutters today and are so so pleased with them. The product is great, the team are great, communication is great, installation was quick and easy and ahead of the expected lead time. Can’t recommend highly enough, great job everyone at Shutters By James!
