We had our shutters fitted today, 5 in total and I don’t know what to say. They look absolutely fantastic and have really changed the look of our rooms. Every step of the way they have been superb, we have been kept up to date and the install was effortless. Thank you so much to all at shutters by James 😀😀😀😀

We had Charlie and his team fit shutters to our bay window. We are over the moon with the results. We will definitely be having them back to complete the rest of the house in due course. Price is very reasonable but the quality of the shutters and fitting is superb. Would recommend to anyone looking for shutters.

Have just had shutters fitted by Shutters by James. Absolutely brilliant service from the quote to the fitting and the shutters look great. The fitting was very efficient and quick. I had them fitted to 4 windows including a large bay window. The price was by far the best quote I had. I have no hesitation in recommending them if you want shutters. Couldn’t recommend Charlie and Shutters by James enough…. Charlie came round a few times to answer all our queries before we even placed an order and then carried out the job (ahead of scheduled delivery estimates) to a high standard. I was recommended Shutters by James and am so pleased with the results. I had the three windows to front fitted. They are beautiful, so well made, professionally fitted by Charlie who answered ALL my obvious questions, have transformed the rooms and I hadn't realised they had hidden magnets which mean they close flat to the frames and look so neat. I was especially pleased with the price. Love them!!!!

I was recommended to use shutters by James and was told they were excellent and they certainly didn't disappoint. Charlie came round on time on the day he said. (Not often that happens with tradesmen these days)..measured up and gave the quote . Ordered them and they arrived a couple of weeks before they had said... bonus . We contacted shutters by James after seeing a Facebook add. It was easy to arrange an appointment and when Charlie came to measure up we received a quote there and then with no pressure to go ahead and no awkward sales pitch. The shutters arrived earlier than expected, which was great and were fitted yesterday. They look really good and we couldn’t be happier with them. All 7 were fitted in a couple of hours and Charlie removed any rubbish and kept things clean. A great experience from start to finish, thank you.

Decided to get a quote from Shutters By James after they were recommended to me. There was no pressure to buy and the quote beat the other local companies. After a wait due to COVID, I had them installed today and to say I’m so pleased is an understatement. Having lived with horrible blinds for five years, it was amazing to finally have shutters. The guys were quick and tidied up after themselves and even interacted with my three year old son who ‘wanted to help’

Great customer service from start to finish, all emails were answered quickly by Charlie and Jess. Charlie was on time for both the measuring and fitting. Charlie measured and explained the options to help me decide what I wanted. He clearly cares about providing an excellent service and product. We are absolutely thrilled with the new shutters throughout our house! Great quality product, superb value for money and fantastic workmanship in the fitting. The guys worked efficiently and were incredibly clean, everything was left sparkling - it’s clear they really take pride in offering a perfect finish. There were some slight delays to our fitting (caused by holdups associated with Brexit which could not be helped and was no fault of Shutters by James). Jess kept us informed throughout - fantastic customer service! I would highly recommend to anyone considering shutters in their home.
