Fake reviews on their website about their products. I bought Viaman Delay Spray 40ml. I read the reviews about the Spray first on their website. Reviews were 4.5 stars. But this product is absolutely waste of money. I use different brands of delay spray for years. All worked but this one is just the worst.
Edit after reply: if your company is keen to keep transparency, why don't you let the buyers review about the products they've bought from your website? I left a review on your website about this product i bought but your company DID NOT publish that review. Which indicates how "genuine" the reviews are on your website. Fix that fake review problem on your website first so people don't need to come on trustpilot to make complaints.
