The communication was good, delivery was spot on. I ordered a lemon cheesecake which was very light and delicious. Love the idea of the mystery bag. Also omg the rocky road was lush.

Was a small mix up with my order but the problem was resolved quickly and with great customer service.

They are always friendly and happy to help. The food is absolutely amazing aswell.

Sian’s Sweet Treats has always been a phenomenal company since they opened their store. I’ve visited multiple times in person and I’ve never been disappointed or dissatisfied with any products or customer service. The consumables are literally perfect and gives you a nice little sugar rush.

The treats are all delicious, it makes it hard to choose what to have. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. Love them all xx

We have been coming to the shop for a while now and loved everything we’ve tried. But yesterday I had such an amazing experience using Sian’s sweet treats, the website is super clear and easy to use, there’s a huge amount of yummy things to chose from and the option to Collect or have delivered is fab!
Plus messaging their Facebook page i spoke to someone lovely, with amazing customer service and now we have a delicious gluten and dairy free cake to look forward to for a family birthday party.
1000% recommended!! Thank you so much everyone involved.

Haven't received it yet because I've pre ordered it for Christmas eve but happy to give 5 stars because I've ordered from them a handful of times and they've never disappointed

Very yummy cheesecake delivered right on time!

Ordered a cake for a surprise, everything went smoothly and it tasted great! Ordered it on Sunday night, Monday was the queens funeral and so the cake was delivered on Tuesday without problems. Thank you very much. It was delicious and everyone there was so happy with it.

Apparently the cupcakes were tasty but they were delivered a day late which defeated the purpose of planning ahead & ordering in advance to help our colleague celebrate his birthday. I have no idea why the cupcakes weren't delivered on the correct day and didn't receive a notification or apology about the missed date, which was also disappointing.

Online ordering was simple. The website shows what the goods look like and are available as slices or a whole cake. A whole chocolate orange cheesecake was my choice and as I live locally to the shop, I opted for collection. I picked the time and date, paid and received a confirmation email.
My order was ready at the allotted time and was a delight, both visually and taste-wise.
The shop stays open late into the evening so it fits in well with most work patterns.
Their cakes are so much nicer than standard shop-bought ones, well worth that bit extra for the sheer pleasure when eating them.
