Purchased x2 pairs of the Trail…MISTAKE
Purchased x2 pairs of the trail specific insoles. Tested extensively and do not recommend this product. The main problem is the lack of cushioning. There is no heel gel or cushion pad. I’m about 60 miles in any small cushioning effect is fully compressed. OEM insoles work be better. Pick a different product.

Ordered Insoles Tuesday morning and they were delivered the next day. After going through the ordering process, I realised I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size of Insole. I found a telephone number for Sidas and gave them a call. Couldn't believe my luck that it was quickly answered by a human being who was able to immediately correct my mistake for me and saved the day!

Quick delivery and good communication.
I was sent a link to buy then from the physiotherapist at my gp practice who told me they would ease my symptoms. The insoles were extremely expensive and not effective at all. Waste of money.
