Best «bridge» I’m aware of in crypto. Been doing crypto full time for close to 5 years, so I’ve used a lot of services similar to sideshift. Noone compares. It’s fast, simple, safe and their customer support has saved my ass (user mistakes) on multiple occasions. All bridges are a risk, and one can never fully trust any, but sideshift is my go-to (cex could be safer, but kyc blabla)

My experience isn't extensive, but I sent an amount less than the minimum and didn't lose any coins. Instead, I was asked to return my wallet, and it was returned. Some banks require that deposits below the minimum amount not be returned, and that's what happened to me. However, this experience prompted me to rate it 5 stars, while respecting their actions.

I accidentally sent money twice and they had support refund me. Not just a refund but in a timely manner, something you don’t usually get off finance or fintech related apps. Used this service reliably over 50 times

Glitch free crypto bridging. Used a few times now

I just wanted to swap BTC to LTC while the rate was good, all within Trezor.
I didn’t receive any warnings or notifications - nothing.
They decided to hold my money for 7 days!!!
When I asked them to simply cancel the transaction, they just ignored me and kept saying to wait. I only asked for a cancellation, but they took my money and are just holding it.
Do not use this service - they’re probably running your funds through their own purposes while telling you it’s about some so-called risks.
