Kieran on customer services was excellent but they need to improve the website
Kieran on customer services on WhatsApp was excellent. It is not 5 stars overall as the website is clunky, e.g. I have a registered product under my profile but it asks for all the product info when booking an engineer visit. It won't let you put a house name instead of number (come on Siemens this one is basic....) - happily Kieran fixed this. I had to re register my product online despite the fact I had received confirmation of registration last year to the same email. And the phone number is always busy is you phone them.

The engineer was very knowledgeable
The engineer was very knowledgeable, competent and helpful, although 2 new parts were potentially needed he took care to verify that and it turned out only 1 new part was needed, also offered good advice on care of the dishwasher. The work was completed quickly and with no resulting mess or water spillage. It is now back in working order and we are completely satisfied.
