Great experience with BSH
This was my third experience with BSH, for three different Siemens appliances that are all 10 years old. Two repairs and one beyond economic repair. Each experience with the engineers was friendly and professional.

The efficient service
The first encounter I had with the lady on the phone to book a home visit with engineer was very positive,she was frendly,helpful and efficient.
The engineer did a home visit the following day at 8am as promised,he said the seal was gone on the door of the oven,he explained how to fit the seal on and said he would post it to me.I received the seal on Tuesday and now that it is fitted my buns and cakes are rising lovely. Thank you to siements team, Keep up good work.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. Our dish washer broke but was in warranty. I phone call to Siemens and an engineer came within 3 days to fix. Didn’t have parts with him on first call but ordered everything that was needed and returned within 2 days and fully fixed. Thank you.

Engineer didn't appear
Engineer didn't appear, chat help was fine for organising an appointment but no troubleshooting on it. Appointment was made for a week later and no message to say the engineer would be late, delayed or cancelled. Wasted work day at home, should really send Siemens an invoice for lost time. I'm sure it is more to do with the network of engineers as the chat was fast to get me to an agent. Disappointing for such an expensive piece of equipment and warranty on it also.

Ddishwasher wasn't heating the water
My dishwasher wasn't heating the water. I reported this to Siemens through a very good WattsApp communication service. They immediately diagnosed the problem and sent out an engineer 48 hours later who exchanged the heater and a large switch under warranty. Dishwasher is now working perfectly. What a brilliant first class customer service. Thank You Siemens for a brilliant service

Engineer called the day after contacting Siemens. He took his time going through various tests. Unfortunately the part he needed was obselete, because the appliance is 20 years old.

I would highly recommend Siemens, because the after care is excellent. Our 12 year old Siemens washing machine had a leak and the engineer who came, within days of contacting, trouble shooted the problem, but then returned a month later when a tiny leak was still registering. The whole process was clear, transparent and fairly priced. And the engineer was respectful and friendly. 100%!
