I have bought from Sierra Pet Meds for years. They have a wide verity of meds for fleas and lots more. A rewards program where you get points. you even get points for your birthday. Used their Australian Subsidiary again (Sierra Pet Products for the order) Bought some flea & tick medication from them because they have the lowest prices in Australia and the US. Transaction through Paypal went through without any problem. The medicine arrived in the US relatively fast. Only took about a week (I ordered from another company based in Australia - took about a month.). They have an excellent rating on Ebay Australia (the reason I decided to order from them). Would definitely buy from them again! A+++!!!

I ordered Revolution for my cats, and it arrived in a timely manner. On June 12,I put it on my cats, and two weeks later, I'm still seeing live fleas. I gave each of them a Capstar, and they had been covered in fleas. I now have to order more Capstar, since I have to give them that every other day until July 10.

I asked for a refund, because the $66 that I spent on the Revolution is a lot of money to me, and I can buy more Advantage with it. The response to my first email was to give me reasons as to why the Revolution didn't work. My reply was to again ask for a refund. The response to my second email was to offer me a store credit, which I don't want and told them so.

I went to Petco, bought Advantage, and will dose them on July 10, which is the earliest date that I can put it on them again

Do not buy anything from this company, they sell defective products.

Super fast delivery and very inexpensive.. I had 18 dogs can you imagine how much it would have cost..they don't like to give you revolution without a prescription.. it's just a topical..vets in the states gouge..order from this site👌

In the Netherlands, stronghold plus, costs for 12 pieces, 220 euro. It's only available at the vets and they want to see your cats (i have 7) which cost another 40euro per cat. I would have spend 500euro + just to get parasites away. I've ordered stronghold plus, 12 pieces, for 103 euro including premium shipment. The parcel took 6 workingdays from New Zealand to the Netherlands. It saved me nearly 500 euro because our vets see animals lovers as their milk cows. Ty Sierra Pet Meds, i will keep on ordering and I'm telling everyone around me to do the same!

I have used Sierra for years and have had nothing but great satisfaction with them. They are cheaper than all other places that provide flea/tick medication...a lot cheaper. Only once has an order been wrong and it was fixed easily. The shipping time is a little long since international but it's worth it!

I ordered my product on Feb 29, 2024, and received it on April 4, 2024. Be aware that they shipped the Bravecto flea and tick from New Zealand. My bad for not catching that and going for price. I had to spend another $50 to buy frontline to cover the month.

I have been using Sierra Pet Meds since 2016 and have never had an issue. Shipping does take longer than purchasing in the US but what do you expect!?! Great price! Same exact product as what the veterinarian sells except not as pricey! Well worth the wait. As long as I have pets I will continue to use them.

I have bought bravecto for my dog on this site the last 3 years. I can confirm that the expiration on these is sooner. Furthermore, when I compared the packages each had come from a different country. One came from Zimbabwe, one from Singapore, and some from Australia. 5/7 times they worked for the 3 months advertised, but 2 out of 7 times the pill only lasted two weeks, like they were old or had been tampered with to have less medicine than necessary.
I just ordered from them again. Overall I would recommend them. Most of the time I've ordered they've been good, and the cost is half what I'd pay in the states.

We are now on our third dog buying from this company. Yes it takes longer to receive the products but I can get a 12 dose Heartguard delivered for the USA price of 6 doses. I just gave our pet his monthly dose and it was the last in the pack, reordered and they should be here before his next dose is due, if not I'll buy a small pack locally to hold us over

I have been using this company several years. Since my income changed greatly and visits to the vet over fleas were alot harder for me to do. I'm now on a fixed income but my furbabies still need quality care. I make that happen as I can afford and Sierra pet meds has helped me provide that quality care thankfully.
Weather it's about ingredients, dosing or general concerns customer support has been amazing every time. My most recent purchase was revolution and I was still seeing infestation of fleas. I contacted cs and told them my situation. They asked me general questions of care and how I'd been treating my pets and the environment we live in. I explained. Now you must know I did tell them my cat has gained substantial weight maybe my dosing was off ? But I told them how much I dosed. They still refunded me store credit. Which I was happy for and used for capstar. I have never had an issue. Shipping can take awhile as expected I plan ahead. I have nothing bad to say about this company and even when issues arise they have been good to me. For someone who just wants the best for they're pets but live on a very tight budget I appreciate that.

I’ve been ordering my dogs heartworm medication from this site for around 5 years if not longer. Yes the shipping does take a long time, but the amount I save makes up for it. My vet doesn’t give prescriptions out online. If it weren’t for this site I’d be shelling out over $100 every 3 months instead of ~$60. My dogs have always tested negative on their yearly heartworm test and all 10 of my furry creatures remain flea free without breaking the bank.

I ordered from this company a couple years ago and then again in September 2023. I live in the United States. I believe before (been so long not sure) that the medication arrived from Australia, this time the products arrived from New Zealand. My order date was Sept 25 and the best I can tell from the label/customs declaration, they were mailed the same day! We get so many packages, I'm not positive when they arrived, but I believe it was October 12-13 as I gave my pup her meds on October 15. At less than 3 weeks from order to arrival I can see no reason for complaint!

I got two boxes of Heartgard with an EXPIRATION of May 2025. Registered trademark says Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health USA Inc and Marketed by same place out of Duluth, GA - made in USA. I thought it was funny they were made right here in state I live in, shipped wholesale to Australia and/or New Zealand, then retail sold back to me in Georgia! HA. Also, they arrived in a VERY STURDY padded envelope--those kind with plastic outside where feel harder than others because bubbles are firm, small, close together. Not even squished a little.

I don't know what issues the other person had that said they were jerked around for six months, but this is twice, years apart, I've purchased from this company with ZERO ISSUES, and as I still had the trust pilot window opened on my computer (along with 10 other tabs, HA) from my own research before placing this order (I was trying to remember if this was place I'd bought from before) I thought I'd go ahead and share this info. I wasn't too worried about making the purchase because my credit card company protects me--but it's always nice to get reassurance about smooth purchases, right?

I believe these to be counterfeit drugs. My cats have fleas and are suffering. I hate this co...They strung me along for 6 months and by that time I could not stop payment thru my credit card...I too wish I had seen the reviews first.They also placed a charge on my new card when I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING-- FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!

They have always done me right and I've been buying flea meds from them for over 10 years. I've always had a Great Transaction-with Great Product and Fast Shipping with a tracking number.

I purchased some collars for our pets on Sierra Pet Meds. Prices seemed great but buyer beware! The shipping time was over 3 weeks!! I didn't pay close enough attention to the MAJOR TIME DELAY that it takes to ship from Australia to the US. The customer service dept was ok in response to my queries but couldn't give me an exact location for package and when/where it would be next. The tracker would suddenly update with two or three updates on a location once it hit a major hub but no estimated time for the next location/stop. If you aren't in a hurry, maybe try them but understand that it takes a long period of time and if you aren't satisfied with your purchase, the return is on your dime-it's not cheap to ship something back to Australia!
