I placed an order in March for my dog's medicines. The order has still not arrived. I was advised I could place another order or wait for the first one, which was supposedly shipped on March 11th. I was given a tracking number that when selected produced a "Pending - Does not exist" screen. It is June 11 now. Three months after the supposed ship date. I have contacted Sierra several times and told them this last time I would be contacting my bank to file a claim if they did not get in touch. I then received a threatening email stating that if I did contact my bank, they would not be able to help me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They are scam artists. They do just enough business to get a few positive reviews, but then they scam others.

After waiting over a month my order was cancelled for non delivery. This company ships from Singapore and ship times are excessive.

Misleading website which does not mention shipping from Asia.

I have ordered from this company for a few years now and have never had a problem. It does take a little longer to get my order but the prices are great, well packaged and when I order flea & tick meds, I get a bonus. I have recommended them to many of my friends and family and everyone has been completely satisfied.

I was reluctant, thinking it was a scam. Man, was I dead wrong! I work in the pharmaceutical industry so all the fuss about "they are selling unauthorized products as they have a different name" is 100% Nonsensical BS put on there by brainwashed people or by the vet lobby. Selamectin is selamectin whether it is called Revolution or Stronghold! It is like that for a bunch of medications, the name is different depending on the country. By selling products at discounted price, they help people help their animals! Don't fall for propaganda and greedy vet lobbyists; these products are perfectly legit! I am buying all my products there; Not a glitch. Perfect solution.

I ordered Revolution for cats (blue label) from Sierra Pet Meds after some research and debate regarding the legitimacy of the business. I was pleasantly surprised when the package arrived with the correct and authentic medication plus a bonus dose which will come in handy for our more adventurous cat who gets a lot of outdoor time. The shipping was quick in my opinion. The meds shipped the day after I ordered them and took 11 days (including weekends) to make it from Brisbane, Australia to the West Coast of the United States and it had a layover in Germany and the East Coast of the U.S.

Happy I orered Stronghold for my cat, it is the same as Revolution, I recieved it today and am very happy to have saved fifty percent. It came from Australia so I expected ten to twelve days for delivery. Everyting looks perfect so if it works I will order again when needed.

I ordered a product that was supposed to arrive in 5 to 10 business days. It did not arrive until after 15 business days. I contacted them several times, but they did not over any customer service or satisfaction. The tracking numbers that they provided for DHL and USPS did not show any activity for days.

I have been using these guys to purchase 'Stronghold' treatment for our cats for several years.

Fast shipping from the US and no problems with any orders or deliveries.

Much cheaper than buying in the UK and can't recommend enough.
