I ordered a few books yesterday. I can see my payment has been accepted and taken from my bank account, but the books have not been shipped. Hope it’s a temporary glitch.
Update: Responded to my email and shipped the books.

SifatuSafwa has been extremely great with customer service ever since we began ordering from them several years ago and it has only improved greatly, al-Ḥamdu-lillāh.

We are almost always able to find the books we are looking for and when we don’t, we can request for them to be added to the website.

We are also extremely pleased with the shipping cost at SifatuSafwa as compared to shipping prices at most other stores because they have a low flat rate shipping fee for international orders. Most other sellers will charge shipping based on overall weight of the order and this can get really expensive!

Sifatusafwa has comprehensive selection of Arabic books. Excellent website which is easy to navigate and awesome customer service. I don’t know what I would do to continue my talab without Allah and then sifatusafawa.

I am a regular customer for them but they
dissapointed me.
I ordered a multi-voluminous book for around £200 but I was not happy with quality of the print. So, I requested for a refund which they agreed to give if i returned the item to them. I despatched my item to where they are (i.e, Republic of Ireland) and upon arrival to the country it was held for tax payment. I informed Sifatu Safwa about that because it is their responsibility to pay the tax since they are the receivers but they didn't respond to me and failed to meet the deadline date to pay the tax and receive the item. Consequently, my shipment was returned back to me. Such a frustration!!! My money for the delivery went to waste and failed to receive a refund, all because of their slow and careless service. Never order multi-voluminous books from them incase you suffer the way I suffered. The biggest obstacle for UK resident is that Sifatu Safwa are outside the UK and there are too many hurdles when it comes to returning anything or waiting for a response from them.

Excellent store! And they also have grear customer service & always reply to emails! The packages are delivered precisely and if something happens they issue you a refund right away! Very satisfied customer.

Alhamdulillah, I was able to buy the truly excellent grammatical analysis of the Qur'an"Noorul Yakeen" from SifatusSafwa.
I had been looking for this book since 2009 and as far as I know no online Islamic book shop has it including Libraire Liban and Arabic Scientific Publishers, Lebanon. Nor does Kitabun UK has it.

I’ve placed many orders with SifatuSafwa bookstore over the past year and have experienced nothing less than excellent customer service.

Most recently, I received a 16-volume book, one of which had publishing defects. I reached out to SifatuSafwa to let them know about the issue and they resolved the issue for me with the publisher and sent me a corrected volume.

They are absolutely my go-to for Islamic literature! Highly, highly recommended!

Great selection of books, but ZERO customer service. I messaged them on the same day I placed my order but they never replied. One week later I wrote again, still no reply. They may have some great books but they need to learn about customer service. When customers pay you more than $100, the least you can do is answer their email.

This was my first time ordering from SifatuSafwa and it began with a request from a brother to find him a Silsilah/Jaami' of the fundamental treatises of Shaykh Al Islaam Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahhaab - with the sharh of Shaykh Saalih Al Fawzaan. So I Began looking at bookstores in America because thats where I live, and trying to avoid overseas shipping/delays. A week goes by and my cart is still empty. There are numeruos choices available: A 6 volume set. A 2 volume set. And a few 1 volume editions with different risaalahs in each.
The 2 volume set seemed to be the best choice for my brother at this time, could not find one in stock. I asked a trusted brother where to shop and he sent me to SifatuSafwah.
The site caught my eye quickly because the covers of the books are displayed on the page, and who don't like looking at all those beautiful volumes. The site runs a little slow or maybe I was anxious, but I found my way through the sections of hadeeth and fiqh and aqeedah daydreaming that "Al Mughnee" by Ibn Qudaamah was not above my level and I have just the place for it. Back to reality. I found an edition of Silsilah As Saheehah in one volume. All the ahaadeeth no tahqeeq no takhreej.
And Shaykh Mashoor ibn Hasan organized this edition into fiqh chapters. I have 7 volumes of Silsilah Saheehah on my phone and still cannot figure out how Shaykh Naasir organized it, may Allaah have mercy on him. This edition serves as an index and easy to find reference, Allaahu Akbar. I found the 2 volume set of risaalahs by Shaykh Al Islaam and I have 2 close companions that needed some beneficial knowledge also - want for your brother what you want for yourself -
so I told them to pick something. One chose "Tanbeehul Afhaam" Ibn Uthaymeen's explanation of "Umdatul Ahkaam" andthe other chose "Saheeh Al Jaami' As Sagheer" from Shaykh Al Albaanee.
I intended to limit my purchace to around $200 including s&h. I proceeded to my cart and noticed that shipping was listed as free. What? I can get another book, a $27 book. Done. I find Imaam Al Laalikaa'ees Sharh Usool I'tiqaad 2 volume set in stock - in my cart - back to checkout -nice and smooth. Click - $27.00 shipping. What? No - it said free? I felt a little upset. Not at the $27. I felt misled.
I go to my cart and said: one of you has to go. Then I came to my senses - no way, I'm not giving anything back, I've come too far! I have what I want, my brothers are getting what they want, what is to be upset about?
Qadar Allaahu wa maa shaa a fa'ala. Allaah decreed for me to be here on this site and for a glitch in the program to prompt me to get Sharh Usool I'tiqaad - this is a ni'mah from Allaah. And the books came in like 3 days all the way from Ireland, happy I paid the $27. By the way, my name is Shawn Talbot Weaver. My great great grandfather came from over there - somewhere. Had a great experience with Sifatusafwa. The catalog is large and full of real pearl. For a mum as me it's also interesting as you can find a range of kids books from small reader to islamic studies.
