Earrings Ellera quadrato : good quality
I already baught earrings red color in a jewellery in France. I was satisfed with the quality and baught the same in green color directly on the web.
The package, well prepared, was delivered some days later.
The transporter FedExpress didn't inform of the date/time of delivery. The client should do the tracking to get these informations.

Very poor customer service/pending complaint
Very poor customer service. I ordered a bracelet online on 26 December, which was only delivered after 2 weeks. On opening my parcel, the item was clearly damaged.
I immediately emailed customer service, as no response was forthcoming I opened an official complaint on the ODR platform.
After weeks of waiting, I get a response that they will refund me, because the bracelet is out of stock!
This is just completely substandard service: So I continued my complaint.
After insisting, I was told the next day that they had found a bangle after all, which I could purchase at a discount. This I have now done and look forward to the delivery of my order. I will keep you informed

Customer asking for service are ignored completely
Bought a Perla ring with pearls. Within a week the pearls let go of the ring. Can happen... What really sucks is the bad customer support. Bad is an understatement, NO customer support. Despite emailing many times, complaining customers are ignored completely. Don't buy here!

It took a while, but i got a replacement. Trustworthy IMHO.
I was pleased with finding this store. As the father of four teenage girls, it took me no time to purchase more than 10 different items (being Christmas).
Two of my daughters are moderately allergic & needed non-allergic, the other ones also wanted the pretty jewellery, ... Nice look, correct price: perfect. Until I had a wristband delivered that broke on the first day of use. Bad batch?
It is not that I got a negative reply to my e-mails concerning this. I just got NO reply.
Take the money & run. I did not expect it from this Scandinavian company. In the meanwhile, the second bracelet (for daughter number three) broke as well. So the least we can say is that the bracelets are ... delicate?
After mailing Twice & no reply, I do not bother anymore. The price is nice, the product is nice, but the bracelets are very delicate (bought two, broke two & different girls) All within the first DAY & first MONTH of use. And the response is not unfriendly. It is non-existent.
I am disappointed as I wanted to buy more here, & regularly. Apparently, they are not in it for the long term.

Edit: after this review, they contacted me & the broken bracelet got replaced at no cost. I am satisfied - I was a bit too harsh, apparently.
