A really shitty company with a not so caring customer service. Sent a used necklace and offered a “sorry for the inconvenience” for the trouble.
So, now I need to retrieve the gift given and return it to get a new one and then give it away again. Thanks for wasting my time.

I really liked the way the earrings looked but I am quite disappointed in the quality. One of the earrings wasn’t even closing. So I would have lost it immediately. I also imaging that with a bit of wear the other earring would have had the same problem.

Disappointing
I ordered a bracelet for my girlfriend's birthday that was supposed to be engraved but it was delivered without actually being engraved. When i first contacted customer service they wrote down my name and number and said they will call me back to resolve my issue. They never did. Therefore, I called again and after five calls, the person "resolving my issue'' was not very helpful and honestly it felt rude. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience... I will not be able to give the present on the actual day and it feels quite dissapointing. Since the brand seemed of high quality, the jewelry is not the cheapest and with such customer service i do not think i'll be ordering from them again. So dissapointed. It's very hard to appreciate the gift now.
