Grinder arrived on time, well packaged etc. They have grown quite a lot over the past year, and now supply a great variety of well regarded coffee roasters.

Fantastic service and amazing products. They say the true test of a company is when something goes wrong - Sigma went above and beyond to resolve an initial order error, and I'm delighted with the service I received from them, I only wish all shops were like this!

I ordered a DF54 at a good price from Sigma. It was dispatched immediately, but unfortunately I ran into delivery issues as a result of some Royal Mail incompetence.

After a week of shenanigans I reached out to David at Sigma, who managed to sort out my Royal Mail issue better than their customer service advisors had managed.

The grinder is absolutely perfect and I can't imagine a better customer service experience.

Highly recommend. I purchased a timemore grinder on saturday morning and by lunch time the next day it had arrived! The company director even responded to my query via email within 20 mins on a weekend. Got a great price and really happy with the grinder I purchased. Doesn't get any better really, wouldn't hesitate to recommend that you get your coffee equipment from them :)

Excellent service and prompt delivery

I never leave reviews but feel compelled to given the standard of service. I had an issue with some coffee equipment not working - it’s not relevant what the equipment was as I believe I was just unlucky and sometimes things just don’t work as they should…it was the response that impressed me. Not only did Sigma suggest how I might fix the problem promptly but when I couldn’t fix the issue they quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent with a couple of days and to the place I was staying in Europe. This allowed me to enjoy great coffee while on holiday which had been the plan all along. Needless to say the replacement worked immediately right out of the box.

Incredible customer services is how you build a reputation and keep customers coming back. I just wish all companies I bought from would operate like Sigma.

Exceptional Service from the Director for Sigma in the UK. Scenario placed an order but the wrong one by mistake, a Bank holiday Sunday and David responded immediately saying he would implement the change for the correct kettle, same price etc.

Ordering my first espresso machine was quick, easy, and well priced... And a bottomless portafilter was included in the price.
Receipt of the machine was very quick (delivered within two days of placing the order). And, when I had a query, they responded within a couple of hours.

Sigma are doing a great job making available beans by Arkansas roaster Onyx. This is particularly good if you brew espresso or pour over in such a way that it is important for you to know how the bean is roasted. Most roasters provide no information about this, whereas Onyx are completely transparent about thier roasting process which makes my espressos so much easier to dial in. Sigma's roaster service The Library is such a great concept offering beans to rest or rested beans to use straight away.

The range carried is incredible, and ever changing. He stocks genuinely fresh, small batch coffees from roasters from many locations in the UK and well beyond, only carrying what is good and fresh. You can buy by age as well, so you can buy ready-to-brew, or build up your stocks for the next couple of months.
Not just coffee, though, I've bought a fair bit of equipment, including a manual, and later electric grinder, and several bits of brewing tackle. It's all the top quality gear that he carries. He's clearly a proper coffee enthusiast.
Customer service, should you ever need it, is outstanding. He really bent over backwards to help me out after an order I placed for some expensive kit got despatched to the address I'd moved from a year earlier. I called this my fault, as the Shopify thing autocompleted my old address and I didn't notice. But he took on helping me out, and really went further than I could have expected.
I still have a subscription at one other online seller, but 90% of my coffee now comes from here.

I recently purchased a set of SSP High Uniformity (Red Speed) burrs from Sigma Coffee UK, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the customer service. David was incredibly helpful and prompt throughout the process, especially when I needed to arrange a return and swap for the burrs I truly wanted. Communication was quick, clear, and friendly at every step.

Great company, good customer service. There was an issue with my order (around the colour of some Timemore nano coffee scales I ordered) but they sorted it out immediately. Very happy with my experience.
