Very helpful bike advice and service
I cycled over to Oakham and was then invited to put my bike safely inside. I asked for advice on a new bike and the staff were very helpful indeed, thanks Josh. He was happy to then help me find a couple of incidental purchases after booking a consultation at a late date. Excellent service.

We had an excellent service and fitting from Jim. He was assisted by Josh and Will.
We initially intended to buy one bike but ended up buying two!!
Nothing was too much trouble and happily swapped bikes back and forth on the rollers until we were happy with our choice.

Just the fact that you can order clothing in different sizes (on Sigma's website) to get delivered to the store so you can try on for the correct fit in store, and Sigma encourages this, can't be faulted. Great customer service too.
