Outstanding again from Sigma Oakham. Collected a new set of carbon wheels this morning and also had my road bike scheduled for a service. Super fast, efficient and friendly service. A1.

The customer Service team helped me with a 'Cycle-to-work scheme' bike purchase. They were very efficient and effective in processing the bike and delivery. Great service.

Very helpful staff- despite not having all my requirements on the job sheet the Mechanic soon rectified this whilst I waited for my wheels to be changed and new sealant to be added. Message alert system worked really well. I will definitely recommend Sigma for maintenance. Great job by the mechanic noticing my headset had previously been overtightened and rectified despite being in for my wheel change.

Reasonably easy to book a bike fit, just took a crazy amount of time. But the important thing once the elusive day arrived was the process and the way it was delivered by Andrew Shore, this is what sets it apart from the rest. Great guy, amazing knowledge and a really fun process, if Sigma does anything they should recognise how important Andrew is to their business. Some nice stock, loads of it, but for the human content, he makes the difference.

Spent the morning at Sigma Oakham needed some fitting adjustments and workshop jobs completing.

1) Ben in the workshop sorted it out ✔️

2) Paul in sales helped find the last missing piece of kit for me. ✔️

3) Andrew Shore "Mr Bike fit" completed an excellent morning.

If you have never had a proper bike fit or its been a few years, this guy is amazing 👏

The Garmin 540 Edge was very competitively priced and then arrived very quickly. Everything seems to be working OK so thank you.

Had a bike fit with Andrew at Oakham and it was transformation for my comfort, ability to put the power down, and the overall enjoyment of being on the bike! Can’t recommend getting you booked in with him enough!

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me select and appropriate shoe and insert.

Recently had a bike fit with Andrew. I had a few on bike concerns and niggles and he put me at ease straight away. Went through the bike fit process and what adjustments would be made on the bike (if any). He even went to extra lengths and tried 5 different saddles to find the correct one for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Andrew for a follow up. Very knowledgeable guy and an asset to sigma sports.

Had a drive out to the Oakham Branch ,with the view of purchasing a New Road Bike, The store was impressive with everything as a cyclist would need🙂🙂, but unfortunately not for me ,Being a tall chap I need a 60 cm + frame ,but on enquiring about 3 different makes that caught my eye ,Not an XL,/60 cm in stock .or on Special order ,or Email when back in Stock ,!! A little Disappointing.

How buying a bike should be. Great service from Will at Sigma Sports. I popped in on Monday, when I was still 50/50 on which new bike to get. Last two nike shops I'd been in for obviously pushing shelf stock rather than asking me what I was looking for.

Will drilled down, all the right questions, loads of suggestions, no hard sell. Took the time to try out the M and M/L size TREK Madone on the rollers. Spent time going over elements of bike fit, explained the options post purchase for fit adjustments and swapped over from the standard to a shorter seatpost.

Order was placed, bike was built midweek, I collected Saturday. Had another little fit session and went through all the Q&A and order details.

Just a great, professional, consultative bike purchase experience. No pushing, just helping me home in on the right choice

It's no wonder they were busy in the store each time I was there.

Went in Oakham shop saturday, to look at Roval c38's didn't have any at shop in stock, only showing as warehouse stock! an assistant located a pair on a display bike to show me and some helpful advice, made my decision ordered sunday night and with me tuesday morning! so far so good!
