We had booked an 11:00 transport to the cruise terminal and had made note prior to booking that I would have a fold up wheel chair. I was second in line to board the transport and the driver told me he could NOT take the wheel chair that the next "same sized" transport would, WELL there where three others slated on the NEXT 11:30 transport so I had made mention to that to him. The driver then would not respond AT ALL looked away and ignored me until after I repeatedly ask for his attention then he lost it and snapped at me being total unprofessional. I had canceled and ask for a refund at the hotel desk and ended up taking an uber.... this driver and service was totally unexpectable leaving a handicaped person stranded and was yelling at me when I explained I booked the 11:00 and had notified them I had a fold up wheel chair. Sad that he was more concerned on loading more people for more tips that to obliged what the contract stated 11:00 w/ a wheel chiar.
