Placed an order over a week ago and the website stated 3-5 days for delivery.

I've not even received a dispatch note. Tried contacting them: radio silence. They've happily debited my account mind.

This item was a gift and to ensure that the recipient receives on time I've had to spend more money ordering from Amazon. I want to support more independent businesses but it's impossible if this is the "service" you receive.

Signature Bricks are probably not legit so best avoided in my experience. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I would give zero stars if I could. The product I received was not as advertised at all. It looked nothing like the picture. It was supposed to be a dental set - but the "dental chair" was missing all the components that make it look dental - without that it's just a chair. It was advertised that the "patient" minifigure would have braces - but they didn't. Theres is nothing "dental looking" about this bar a couple of instruments in one of the figures pockets.
Massive massive disappointment. This was supposed to be a present for a dentist and is now useless without the missing parts.

I placed my order on the 29th of January, and have not received any communication since. I have tried contacting them twice in the past week and have received no response. They don't even have a phone number, just an email so I have no option but to use trustpilot to hopefully find out when I can expect my order.

I use signature bricks in my lockdown lanterns for family and friends. The selection of scenes and individual items is brilliant.

The customer services were brilliant when my order didn't arrive in the expected time. Easy to contact and very quick at replying and helpful. Within a couple of days I had received my minifigure!

No problem using Signature Bricks & product excellent, as expected so would recommend to others & of course use again.

I ordered the product on the 13th July and have yet to receive it. I sent an email on the 30th July and haven’t received a reply as yet. It was for a gift for the 20th July so I would appreciate if someone could contact me as soon.

An excellent site, i have purchased multiple items from them and the quality of each piece has been outstanding. Prompt delivery, great communication, and good value for money.
