Waste of time

I bought a figure and paid for the speedy delivery of 1-2 working days. It still hasn't been delivered now, 5 days since ordering.

Hi Laura,

We would have really appreciated it if you have contacted us first regarding any issues before leaving a 1 star review on Trustpilot.

Royal Mail had attempted to deliver the item today at 11:15am, however they were unable to deliver the item. They should have left a ‘Something for you’ card, it will show details on how to rearrange for delivery. If you have not received this card then let us know.
