Labiaplasty and perineoplasty
In June 2023 I underwent labiaplasty and perineoplasty after a difficult childbirth in 2021.
They were running late (which absolutely happens) but the surgery felt quite rushed.
Staff were lovely but images are taken on personal mobile phones of intimate area.
My whole right labia was removed leaving me nothing and my perineoplasty has left me with a larger opening than I started with. I did voice my concerns after surgery saying my stitches had come apart on day 8 but I was told not to worry. I followed the aftercare strictly, I was told not to pull the area which I had to send images. I went back for slight revision on the labia as it was jagged and uneven. It has been a few years since the surgery but I’m very disappointed overall.

Lower Blepharoplasty
I have had a lower Blepharoplasty at the Birmingham clinic 3 weeks ago. So far so good! I am healing well with no complications.
The care I have received from my initial enquiry to date has been exemplary! Phone calls, follow up, care package after op etc. All first class by caring people who clearly are trained well no matter their role.
I particularly would like to mention Ronnel who was my patient carer before, during and after the procedure at the clinic. He was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I was in safe hands.
My surgeon was a perfectionist and he calm and collected demeaner was exactly what I needed during the procedure.
I highly recommend Signature Clinic and will not hesitate to use them again.

ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH DR. CARLO DEBBAS!
I have been a patient of Dr. Debbas for around 4 years now. I have had a plethora of things done and always been extremely happy with my results. My most recent surgery was a chest liposuction and after only 4 days I am so happy with the results. All I can say is that Dr. Debbas not only has a good bedside manner, but also has very "gifted hands". I always get a warm welcome from all the Signature staff and there are free refreshments in the waiting area- much appreciated. My surgery was at 14:45pm and I was called promptly for it.

Messed me about for ages with their consultant not turning up to the consult, and then found out one of their surgeons has restrictions due to on going complaints against him which they are not telling people before taking their deposits.

Such a great experience at signature clinic, all staff very welcoming and attentive, I had an issue whilst healing and they answered every worry and put me at ease with daily check ups until I was fully healed. I’ve not been happy with the sagged skin for quite a few years

Life changing
I can’t thank Dr Sherif and his team enough for the results of my lower blepharoplasty. For 15 years my eye bags bothered me and harmed my self esteem, now I look refreshed and my eye shape hasn’t changed. Despite a tough recovery where I suffered severe swelling which was concerning, the after care team were very patient and reassuring. The procedure was done in 45 minutes and has changed how I look and feel forever. Thank you so much.

A pain free, fast a arm lift from Dr Carlo Debbas
The whole team were professional and friendly and put me at ease. The procedure (arm lift) was fast and practically pain free. Having a local anaesthetic meant I could leave soon after with all my aftercare meds and dressing ready to go and feeling fine.
