Don’t waste your time
This is my first ever, and I hope only one star review that I have ever written.
I have had a consultation with this company and wanted to go ahead with a procedure.
I wanted a booking for a particular day, specifying morning or afternoon.
They said they couldn’t guarantee this but would request it, but if they could not honour the request they would not refund my money, saying the don’t do specific appointment times.
I actually phoned back because I was concerned that I had picked them up wrongly.
Surely in today’s world it doesn’t seem too difficult an ask to have an appointment time.
Now having wasted my time on two rounds of consultations, I need to find a company that lives in the real world!

I recently had a neck and lower face…
I recently had a neck and lower face lift with Dr Carlo Debbas and I’m really pleased with my experience.
Dr Debbas was friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and I felt well looked after from start to finish. His team were also amazing.
I’m now 3 weeks post-op and already over the moon with the results. Everything looks very natural and I’m so happy I decided to go ahead with the surgery.
I would definitely recommend Dr Debbas to anyone considering this type of procedure.

I wouldn't recommend this…
Sorry to say I wouldn't recommend this clinic, and in particular DrX from the London Clinic ( I was asked to remove his name by trustpilot)
He was 1 hour late for my appointment, no apology or acknowledgement of this. During the consultation I found him unsympathetic and he seemed uninterested in helping me achieve my goals. BasIcally telling me that I wasn't an ideal candidate and go lose some weight and come back in six months. Which confused / upset me being that my BMi is 25 and having seen lots of before and afters of people bigger than me in thier portfolio?
I left utterly frustrated and demoralised. They did offer me a second opinion with another consultant and offered to refunded me the constation cost. But based on 1st impressions, location and cleanliness i wasnt interested...I was completely checked out by this time and just wanted to get home. It would seem they talk a good talk but please dont put your faith in this company like I did..
Luckily...there is a silver lining.
I found another clinic in Harley St, with a Doctor that put me at ease and made me feel at home. The funny and somewhat frustrating thing is , "this Doctor" (fyi who in comparison is a lot more qualified than Dr X) told me , I was the perfect candidate, based on my body fat and body composition.
Dr X, please try and find some comparison and remember that a lot of people are there as a last resort. You are meant to be a surgeon not a nutrionalists or personal trainer, you didn't even take the time to ask me why I wanted the surgery??
Signature Clinic, before you come back with some kind of justification...saying that the surgeon has a right to refuse clients and not everyone is suitable. PLEASE bear in mind that I have booked my surgery elsewhere at a very well known clinic and i would be more than happy to share these details with you. I believe your mission statement is "combine outstanding surgical results with unwavering care for patient wellbeing" Im pretty sure my wellbeing wasnt high on your agenda when I was sent home to lose some weight. I will apologise in advance if i misunderstood the purpose of your clinic and liposuction you offer? maybe its not suitable for most people to remove fat and help with body recomposition.

I underwent an upper blepharoplasty. with Dr Sheriff - Great expereince and results
I underwent an upper blepharoplasty. with Dr Sheriff 6 weeks ago and I am really happy with the results. All the team at the clinic were professional and caring, the nurses really made me feel at ease. The procedure itself was painless and lasted less than an hour. I didn't feel a thing and had no pain other than when the anaesthetic wore off but after some painkillers I was fine. When they say don't do anything at all for at least a few weeks they mean it, I was really worn out and needed to rest. I must admit the level of bruising was much worse than I expected but maybe thats just me. After 2 weeks most of the bruising and swelling had gone. I chose not to wear any make up for 4 weeks and ws excited to see the results with the make up, wow looks amazing. Overall a great expereince with an amzing team from the doctor, nurses, aftercare team and reception staff.

I advise go abroad
Had upper bleph, paid 1750 for it, been back twice with problems, twice fcuk'd off. The surgeon marked me up whilst snacking on a kebab, may my daughter die a horrible death if any of this is lies. He's made one eye bigger than the other an the stitch work aside from that is appalling. In short I'd advise go abroad. Is it any wonder people go to turkey. This is the type of botched job these clinics try an warn you off getting abroad. If you get something done in the uk you pay inflated prices (usually for the overheads of there building) for shoddy work.

Very disappointed
Had initial consultation. Was informed I needed a covering letter from my dermatology consultant before I could have the procedure done. Managed to get my letter and tried to get a date for my procedure from Sgnature. Took several phone calls and much faffing around before they finally informed me the surgeon had changed his mind and was not going to do the procedure after all!

Excellent experience
From the moment I chose to have my upper eyelid surgery done at the signature clinic in Birmingham I was so impressed with there level of care and customer service from the initial phone conversations to the face time call with my consultant to going to the clinic to meet my surgeon DR MOHAMED ABDELHADY before my surgery day .. when I arrived the girls on the desk in reception were all so lovely and welcoming and DR Mohamed Abdelhady couldn’t of been any nicer .. I had so many questions and he answered them all fully really taking his time to explain the procedure and it’s results it helped me so much to feel like I was doing the right thing .. on the day of my surgery I can’t fault how I was looked after .. everyone was so so lovely I am over the moon with the surgery results! I was prepared for a certain amount of pain and bruising but I had none!… DR Mohamed Abdelhady is clearly very very skilled at what he does … I would 100 % recommend this clinic and everyone who is a part of what they do there! … Xx
