Plinth for a sun dial
We wanted a plinth for a sun dial and finally found one at Signature Garden Statues (Cooks Cast Stone).
We spoke with Sean regarding delivery etc who proved to be a man of his word and the plinth was delivered on a pallet wrapped in enough carpet to cover the floor of my motor bike shed or thereabouts.
The plinth was amazingly heavy and it took 2 of us with a sack barrow to shift it to the required place in the garden.
The plinth now sits awaiting sun dial which will not be manufactured until August/September. Looks great just as it is.

Bought a small lion bench
Bought a small lion bench for our back garden, the company offered a choice of finishes we went for sandstone. Price compared to others was excellent, provided good delivery updates and the bench was excellently packed arriving with no damage.
The finish was highly detailed and quality excellent, highly recommend this business.

I ordered a plinth with a sundial as a memorial for our dog who passed away. Whilst bittersweet, Sean dealt with us with care and attention, advising of the best choice of colours and made what can only be described as a beautiful product befitting of the situation. Many people have commented as it stands out and shines. A truly great experience and lovely people to deal with. I can't recommend highly enough!

I received a product that is not at all…
I received a product that is not at all like the one on the website. It is smeared with white paint in several places.

Good morning,
Thank you for your review.
Please in turn see the company response:
We received an initial complaint regarding the product on 05.04.2025 stating that you had received a concrete product and not a cast stone product. The complaint then also stipulated the product had moisture on it and visible traces of white paint.
By return, a member of staff assured you that it was not concrete, as we are not a concrete company. They also asked for images of the white paint traces, despite our factory not possessing any white paint as we would have no purpose for such an item in our warehouse.
Again on the 05th you replied, with a photograph of the plinth placed on a patio with a sheet over it.
At this point a member of staff explained that if the plinth is placed outside and it rains, moisture may go onto the plinth, but it would dry as it is manufactured with a water proofer in.
Interestingly, a large bag had also been placed over the plinth, so we couldn't see the plinth or any traces of the white paint.
The following day, a follow up email was sent, asking for further images of the white paint so we could try to help resolve the issue.
However, in your reply no images were sent, only "I am disgusted with the way I was treated by your company. Additionally, in several places there are traces of white paint & I demand some kind of refund, because now I have to bear the costs to make the plinth look good".
I am unsure of what more customer service we could have provided, other than by asking for images of white paint to try and find a solution. The cynic might suggest that an individual with complaints and no evidence of such could just be looking for a pecuniary reimbursement with no genuine complaint. The wide scope of the complaint "moisture" (Plinth sat outside) "Concrete" (Scientifically impossible) and "White Paint" (Unsure as to how this could physically even happen) is a strange and diverse set of complaints!

I placed my order without any…
I placed my order without any difficulty.
The sundial was delivered at the time and date stated. The cast stone represented good value for money.
A point to note is that the stone comes in three parts but does not include any fixing material.

Lovely statue delivered, we are a Care Home and ordered it for a memorial for one of our staff who died very young. This is a lovely memorial to her. We are all very pleased with the sundial stone we ordered.
