As other reviews on here mention, delivery takes far longer than the 6-8 weeks lead time that I was told at the time of placing my order.
Chasing telephone calls and emails are generally met with belligerence.
That said, I'm pleased with the final results now that I've finally received them.

Please AVOID this company. They deliver damaged items!!!!!!! Shocking and pathetic staff . Terrible service

11 week delivery time.

I would avoid this company like the plague. similar issues to other people it seems after reading reviews. Advertise which looks like a white pier cap on the website. on delivery is more like a sand colour, and one arriving damaged. customer service is the worst ive come across, "never had a problem before". Seems like a common theme. Anyway, after some battling, they agreed to collect the pier caps for a refund. which they did (wasn't holding my breathe). Has been 3/4 weeks since collection. No refund, and now ignoring emails. Shocking company

The pier caps ordered were for 620mm apex style in charcoal. When they arrived it was clear that they are not charcoal but a mid grey colour and nowhere near as dark as that shown on the website advertising.
I challenged this but got very defensive responses with no admittance that the colour is clearly wrong. I sent photos of the caps plus screenshots of their advertising and RAL charcoal colour screenshot to no avail. I was told that 'these are our charcoal caps' and 'no one has complained before'. They sent me samples to prove their point but that doesn't mitigate the fact that they are NOT charcoal.
I am going to have to spray them to the correct colour.
Customer service is pretty nonexistent sadly. Decent product but not as advertised, very misleading.

We ordered coping stones and pier caps from this company.
Caps and stones are supposed to be charcoal… stones are LIGHT GREY… with a large number of them having been fitted only a couple of months now with hairline fractures in them.
Having lodged a complaint with them and having been fobbed off for nearly twelve months it’s time to say to any person wanting to use this company.
Not only do they supply a substandard product… they provide even worse customer service.
Avoid like the plague.

Highly recommend avoiding this place if you want to avoid the hassle and the worst customer experience. They took almost two months to send out my order, despite continuously chasing and following up. Even when the order finally arrived, it was incorrect—they had completely sent different items. I had to call them again and inform them of the mistake, and they said I would have to wait another two weeks. They promised compensation for the time they wasted and the cost of bringing the builders on the days they had promised delivery, but they never delivered. No compensation or apology was ever received. I was promised a call back from the owner, but it has been months, and no one has gotten back to me. They seem more interested in making a sale than in caring about their customers. To be honest, the quality of the items was poor—they were very soft, were breaking apart just by holding it. It’s best to steer clear of this place!

Purchased multiple arrow-head pier caps and coping stones for the brick boundary walls around my self-build residential development.

Everyone walking down the street stops to watch the placed pier caps in astonishment, as they are of top quality and aesthetically pleasing. They are probably the best that you can get UK-wide.

Customer service was great. Pier caps got delivered in good time.

Second time I have used this company and same problems again, we won’t be using again we thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt and exactly the same issues, lies excuses and the most appalling customer services,
Order close to £1000 worth of pier caps and coppings and called for an estimated delivery date got told 14th October
I made this order on 18th September so let the clients know the materials are estimated for 14th October, we built wall week of 14th October leaving time for delivery but 18th still no delievery so I called to be told it’s estimated which was fine so asked if we have an update yes they will be ready for delievery week commencing 21st ok not so bad I tell the client there’s been a delay the 14th was an estimate been told they will be delivered the week commencing 21st
You guessed it no delievery so I called again to be told I should never off been told the week commencing 21st because they was no where near ready so I asked when they will be ready
There 100% going to be ready for week commencing 28th are you sure I questioned as I’ve already had to let the client down, yes I will personally check them get wrapped and put on delivery and call you with exact day !!! Guess what Thursday 31st still no delivery, so I called to be told there been wrapped as we speak and guaranteed for delivery Friday 1st which was a pain as I was going away all weekend till Tuesday,
I got a text from client there has been a delivery on Friday Perfect,
So I arranged to send 3 workers there to get the job all finished on the Tuesday
To get a call all that was delivered was the coppings we were missing the 6 pier caps
So I call again on the Tuesday for the lovely polite lady (sarcasm that is)
That one of the pier caps was discoloured so she decided not to send any out,
Obviously she called Friday to inform me of this decision no of course not. It’s now been over 7 weeks from an order I got told would be 4 weeks and advertised all over there website 4-5 week delivery
Cost me labour money and embarrassment to explain to the client countless times no show of materials and incompetence from this company,
All they repeat is it’s only an estimate 3 4 5 times.
Have been promised the cappings will be delivered this week we won’t hold our breath because I’m sure there will be more excuses and it’s only an estimate
This company is a joke and never had such bad customer service

order was wrong size, so didnt accept delivery of the product (01/07/2024), contacted CS and ordered correct pillar, then added coping stones to order, customer service is not the greatest. Eventually confirmed order and requested invoice to pay for products (19/08/2024

The company prides itself in “4-5 weeks lead time” which sadly isn’t true - our order took 6 weeks but that’s not even the issue we had. I understand delays can happen occasionally but no one told us from the start this was going to be the case which would have helped us in making an informed decision as to whether we want to wait for this supplier or we’d rather find someone local who’d deliver instantly. In all fairness their customer service is prompt and I do feel for them having to tell people their order is delayed (again and again). Having said that , it would have been nice to be updated about the status of our order rather than having to chase weekly . We were told 3 different delivery dates in the end and when I wanted to complain about the process, I was advised a manager would call me. Guess what ? No phone call which just sums up the experience of not fulfilling promises they give. My advice to buyers would be - be aware and do not rely on the information they give you as that might change (and most likely will). If you don’t mind waiting and are not bothered about the order updates, it would be an okay experience but we were in a bit of a rush and thought we found the right supplier to meet our needs . Sadly, that turned out to be too good to be true and we’re now having to wait for our builder to give us the new date which will most likely be next year .

Did what they said when the said. Product great. Couldn`t have asked for more.

What a man - after trying various places to buy a sundial, I had one week to buy a gift. Simon came up trumps for me. Not only with the sundial, but also an engraved plaque to go with it. he was just brilliant and I wouldnt hesitate to use his company again. Well done big my and my friends were delighted with the gift.

Quality products & service at very competitive prices.

We ordered a pedestal with Plinth to stand a stone bust on in our garden.
The pedestal took several weeks to arrive because it was cast to order then had to mature before it was sent out to us. This was completely understandable. The communication was excellent my queries were answered in good time and delivery was careful and considerate.
On arrival the cast concrete pedestal was well wrapped and packed onto a pallet.
The quality of the casting was perfect and far exceeded our expectations and we feel definitely value for money.
We would happily recommend this company.

Cast Stone is meant to be a product with good longevity, however since mine were installed in May 2022 the original charcoal colour has faded to a dull concrete colour, also I was never impressed with the quality as the coping stones are so easily damaged and crumble at the edges, I wrote to them soon after my landscapers installed them, and received acurt response denying that this could be the case, I'm now stuck with them and my otherwise beautiful lanscape project now looks tatty when it is only really two years old!

We bought some wall finials back in mid-March, and admittedly were a little nervous given some of the reviews. However! They all arrived with no problem at all, a great quality product and as described. UK Cast Stone Online were really helpful, making sure to fit delivery in around us with the haulier.

If there was a negative, it is just a really small one, it'd be great to get a couple of progress updates where everything is made to order. However, this is a really small thing, as everyone was really helpful, and when we sent emails checking for ETAs, etc, they were responded to very quickly.

Will definitely use again for any other projects.

The quality of our paving stones is excellent. They are a great colour (as appeared on the website) and a finish to a very high standard. They tried to provide the order as quickly as possible, and although there was a delay, the admin team were responsive and helpful. very pleased with the end result
