Absolutely shocking customer service 😡

Ordered on 8th July and told a 4 week wait
Called to chase after 5 weeks, was told delivery times had increased to 8 weeks! When saying I should have been updated, was told that there was no way she could update 400 customers!!
2 weeks later still nothing.
Phoned and was told we’d receive delivery next week.
Nothing. No surprise
Called again and was told she’d get an update from the warehouse and get back to us within the hour - that was nearly 2 weeks ago

Now we’ve phoned and emailed daily for 7 days and been on hold for hours at a time - No one answering calls or emails, no reply to messages
£650 out of pocket, building works massively delayed, and left not knowing what to do next…
Disgusting treatment of customers - Zero care whatsoever

Ordered the Large Baluster Stone Bird Bath LBB-C5763, just what we were looking for and at a good price. Some initial confusion over the term 'Processing' but all queries responded to promptly and politely. Bird bath ready before the estimated date, and a quick follow up to determine delivery just s few days out. Delivered on the day advised and within just 15 minutes of the estimated time. Delivery driver unpacked to check all OK and even offered to carry through to where going to be sited. The guys have had some poor reviews but I can only feedback as I find and I cannot fault this experience end to end. Thank you

Had a absolutely dreadful service from ordering to receiving was told on numerous occasions product was ready and obviously wasn’t when capping stones eventually arrived after putting product in situ capping are leaving ugly staining on my new brickwork (sub standard product) !

Placed my order which had a supposed delivery of six weeks. After lots of chasing, my order finally arrived after 10 weeks… Unfortunately, this was just the start of the problem, as the items ordered were damaged and of very poor quality. The stone was so soft, you could simply crumble it with your fingers, whilst some of the items had cracks in them! I then contacted Humber Cast Stone to collect the order and issue a refund. The order was collected and I am still awaiting a refund after a further 3 weeks. I have now contacted my credit card company and raised a dispute with them, as I have no faith in Humber Cast Stone issuing my refund. Avoid this company at all costs!
