Really poor experience left without medication
Really poor experience, their prices are higher than others for the same medication however we don't have a choice of pharmacy as they are the ones linked to the private dr. Despite taking payment and promising next day delivery my partner still hasn't received his prescription a week later and has ran out of medication with no way of getting hold of any.
They are saying its lost somewhere and has to be reissued which could take several days leaving him without medication for over a week when he is going up a dose.
Asked for a refund so we could go through a different pharmacy but there isn't a choice and just have to wait.
