From our records, your prescription was received on 18th June, and it was dispensed and dispatched on the same day, using our next working day delivery service. The order was then delivered on 19th June via Royal Mail.

However, we fully understand how important timely delivery is, especially when it comes to medication, and we’re very sorry if there was any uncertainty or concern during the process.
