Swift and accurate delivery
My consultant used Signature Pharmacy to prescribe some antibiotics. I knew I was allergic to the first prescription and Signature could cancel it before delivering after I called them. The second prescription was delivered quickly and accurately.

Very slow dispatch
Very slow dispatch
It took you 24h to dispatch my antibiotics and by that time it was already no chance the courier can deliver it in time for me. I can't blame the courier, they delivered it within 8h. But 32h overall is not something I expected based on your "same day or next day delivery" promise.
I had to ask my GP for an extra supply that I collected in person. This is what I plan to do in future with all my time-sensitive prescriptions.

We appreciate how stressful it must have been to feel that your treatment may be delayed, and we're genuinely sorry that we let you down on this occasion.
After reviewing your order, we can confirm that it was dispatched and delivered the next day. However, we fully appreciate that this did not meet your expectations, and we understand why you felt it was necessary to obtain an additional supply from your GP. We are sorry that you had to make alternative arrangements to ensure you could begin your treatment without delay.
We would also like to clarify that our same-day delivery service is only available to selected London postcodes. It is not a service we are able to offer nationwide. When customers enter their delivery address during checkout, the delivery options available for that specific location are displayed. If same-day delivery is available, it will appear as an option before payment. If it is not shown, the fastest available delivery option is offered instead.
While we always aim to process prescriptions and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed. Once a parcel has been collected by our courier partner, the final delivery time is outside of our direct control. That said, we completely appreciate that this offers little reassurance when you're waiting for important medication, and we are deeply sorry that your experience caused you concern.
At Signature Pharmacy, we recognise that we are not simply delivering parcels, we are providing medicines that people rely on for their health and wellbeing. We take that responsibility very seriously, and it is upsetting to hear that we did not provide the level of service you deserved.
Please accept our heartfelt apologies once again. We genuinely value your feedback, as it helps us review our processes and improve the experience for all of our patients.
