We would also like to clarify our next working day delivery service. Orders placed before our 4:00pm cut-off are eligible for next working day dispatch. As your order was placed at 4:00pm on 8th July, it fell outside this cut-off and was therefore processed on the next working day, with delivery following thereafter. We appreciate that this may not have been clear at the point of purchase, and we're sorry for any confusion or disappointment this caused, particularly given the discomfort you were experiencing.

Would like to clarify that we did send a notification advising you of the reason for the cancellation, which was due to the medication being out of stock. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a confirmed date for when the item will become available again, and in some cases, stock shortages can last for several months.
As we did not want to hold your prescription unnecessarily while there was no clear timeframe for availability, the decision was made to cancel the order. This allows you to take your prescription elsewhere if you wish to obtain the medication sooner, rather than leaving it pending with us without any expected fulfilment date.
Patients are always kept informed of any changes or updates to their orders through our automated notification system, including stock-related updates and cancellations.
We are very sorry again for the frustration this has caused and appreciate your understanding. We always aim to ensure prescriptions are handled as efficiently as possible and to provide patients with the information they need to make alternative arrangements when required.
