Absolutely disgraceful experience at this store. I was blatantly scammed and left without any proof of purchase or a receipt despite paying for my items. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and refused to resolve the issue when I raised my concerns. It’s clear they are taking advantage of unsuspecting customers, and their behavior is downright unethical. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being cheated and treated like your money doesn’t matter. This is hands down the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will be reporting this store to the authorities to ensure others don’t fall victim to their shady

Absolutely agree with the last review. I also ordered the BBQ on the 20th May. I have send countless emails and got nothing back so I have had to contact my bank to dispute this. This is a scam please do NOT order from here why the hell it’s still on the internet I will never know. Horrible people.

Abysmal communication
I placed an order of a Keter Table. It got delivered a few days later. Unfortunately on opening the packaging it became apparent that some damage had occurred during transit. Now the biggest issue I am having now is trying to get a replacement. I have sent numerous emails to this company and to this date I have not had a single reply. This is not very professional.

Order was completed on 15/09/23 but was cancelled 19/09/23 due to the Courier not delivering to our postcode. Refund was promised but failed in PayPal. Contacted the CEO on 25/09/23 to enquire about this and no response received. Not a great overall experience .
