Very Mixed Opinion!
I don't know what to say really. I had to ask 'Signature Retail Stores', when my pressure washer would ship. A couple of days later I did get an answer. My item was received only to find that it was 'damaged', NOT by Signature Retail Stores, but by Nilfisk themselves. The packaging box was undamaged, yet the pressure washer had scuffs, indents, scratches in the front panel even although the overall packing was good. After many emails to the supplier, we have come to an agreement whereby I receive £20 in compensation for a very bad experience. At the time of writing, I still do not know if the pressure washer even works!
James (CEO of Signature Retail Stores) has been helpful to some extent, but also awkward to deal with. Communications are pretty poor as James quoted he has "I have meetings and property inspections to attend to throughout the day so it can be difficult".
One can email James, and get no reply for a coupe of days, yet, when one 'kicks it up a notch' he can reply within two minutes. Go figure.
James does not like when one can use PayPal as leverage to resort to a resolution. Not at all. James has eventually conceded to acknowledging my terms and conditions for a hospitable resolution. Let us just hope that my pressure washer (when assembled actually does work!)
I think my 3 star rating is very fair, considering. James can disagree or counteract as he sees fit.

Good price, fast delivery, communications could improve.
After a decent scour of the internet to find what I was after, a second scour to find where I could acquire it most cheaply led me to Signature Retail Stores. It was easy to pay for and delivery was free. Ordered on a Bank Holiday Friday, the item - quite a big item - arrived the following Tuesday. Not bad at all. The only minor grumble I might have is regarding communications: there were none after the order was placed until an e-mail arrived to tell me that the item had been despatched, two days after I'd received it. Well, better late than never I suppose. Still, I have no misgivings about shopping at Signature Retail stores in the future.

Good day Wendy, Payment is not taken until the item has been shipped; therefore, there was no payment to refund. Please contact your bank to confirm that payment was not taken. I am slightly concerned that you are posting a slanderous review before making an attempt to liaise with us.
We were, however, having issues with our stock monitoring software so I do apologise about this.
Signature Retail Stores or Costco?
We originally were going to purchase from Costco.co.uk, but after reading the awful TrustPilot reviews of Costco we decided to purchase from Signature Retail Stores who had much better reviews.
With Signature Retail Stores ordering was easy, good price, and the delivery was swift. Everything worked out of the box, so no reason to complain. So I can not comment on customer support.
Interestingly the paperwork with the order said it came from Costco, and gave the Costco phone number if there were any problems. That is a bit of a concern to me.
