I have been happy with their signs in previous orders. They did not include any mounting hardware or layout with my current order. Only one tracking number was provided. Waiting for customer service to handle this issue.

I ordered a custom channel letter sign for my business' 2nd location. I knew I would be able to install the sign myself so I thought ordering from signmonkey.com would save a decent amount. The overall design was perfect but the way they installed the lettering to the raceway was far from ideal. The letters were bunched together and mounted crooked on the raceway which made leveling and installing the sign very difficult. Luckily I had someone there with me to eye-level the sign while I held it in place up against the wall because using a level would have made the sign look terrible once it was fixed to the wall. In the future, I don't think I would order from signmonkey.com again.

I am a repeat customer of SignMonkey and have had good experiences each time. My only [2] criticisms on my most recent order are 1: I was told my items would ship on Friday, they shipped the following Tuesday and 2: on a few of the acrylic letters, the paint finish was a bit rough, there were a few pieces of small "trash" in the finish. Though it would not be visible to anyone except the installer from arm's length, I would not have accepted this from one of my painters or for a project that did not have an exceedingly tight schedule already thrown off by the shipping delay.

Communication is key to a company success, From your front office with Kala to the art director and the fabricator team. Everyone did a great job, I will highly recommend your company to anyone looking.

Sign Monkey and the employees themselves were excellent and easy to work with. The shipping/delivery company leaves a bit to be desired and could use improvement or replacement.

easy to use website and like the instant quotes, however, the clip art option is pretty bad with limited choices. I wanted clip art of a beer mug or something bar themed, but clip art had nothing. So I had to order that part of the sign from another website. Other than that, I liked everything else.

This will be a long review. Hard to find a starting point since every aspect of this transaction was awesome. The design team answered every question I had and assisted me through several changes of mind. When I finally settled on my sign, I got a call to verify everything. The build quality was above my expectations and the ease of installation was because of the preinstalled brackets. We literally had to simply uncrate the sign, drill holes and install. Shipping was a tad longer than advertised however, being a small business owner I took this to mean they were busier than usual and that is a good thing. It means they were giving the same high quality of service & products to a lot of people. I could not possibly be happier with my decision to use this company over my local options. Which BTW, were almost double the cost of SignMonkey. My goal was to make my shop visible from the street which is more than 75 yards from my shop. This sign is visible and clearly readable from beyond that distance. My only complaint would be, no option to upload a photo with this review, because I want to show my sign to everyone..:)
