I suspect you misunderstood the dimensions on our website when placing your order. It's a common mistake! Customers may enter their desired dimensions in cm, not realizing that all dimensions on our website are in mm. This results in your receiving a sign 10x smaller than you had hoped.
If you are interested in a larger item, please send us an email at info@signomatic.ie and we'll be happy to put together a new order for you, honouring what you paid for the too-small item.
