Support is superb!
Ordered M57 chair from Sihoo to Portugal right before X-Mas. It was a strategic mistake - because Portugal branch of DPD was not able to handle increased demand and the whole experience with them was a complete frustration. What saved the situation - is the professionalism and the willingness to help from Sihoo Support Team. In the end I've got my chair after it was resent second time to me and my back is in comfort now :) Thank you Remi and Cine from Sihoo Support Team for your support and dedication, you make your customers believe that great service is not a fairytale!
Excellent customer support and made with quality
I ordered myself an ergonomic office chair with lumbar support through Amazon, and it has been great for my back. I'm 183 cm, and I'd say it's maybe a little short for me ideally, but compared to anything I've had before, it's incredible.
The quality as well seems miles apart from chairs I've gotten before at around £60-£100. The mesh is surprisingly strong, has shown no evidence of wear and tear after months, and is much easier to clean (I imagine also much more hygienic).
I've had some issues with creaking, which I've attempted to fix myself to no avail. I contacted support through their email rather than Amazon, and they've been superb. They think its an issue with the seat cushion, which is currently out of stock, so they've sent me £30 and will send a new one when available.
One of the best chairs I've ever used
I ordered an M18 chair so that I can work for extended periods without my back killing me. The adjustability of the chair from lumbar to height to headrest is great, and the installation process took me about 30 minutes give or take, I'd say that's not bad at all for a one time process.
Also, One of my chair pieces was damaged in shipping and the customer support was very helpful to me. My only regret is that I didn't get this chair sooner.
Good refund/replacement policy
I ordered an office chair, and it was stolen the first time it was delivered. Sihoo Office replaced the stolen chair at no cost and I received it quickly. Easy to build and very comfortable chair for an affordable price. Only have one day sitting in it so far but I'm satisfied as far as I can tell!

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with Sihoo Australia, and I feel obligated to warn others.
I ordered a chair (Order #15831) on 19th February 2025, and the delivery was originally scheduled for 21st February. The item never arrived, but the delivery was falsely marked as “delivered.” After contacting Sihoo, they admitted the delivery was rescheduled for 24th February—which was already frustrating, but things only got worse from there.
I told Sihoo very clearly that if delivery didn’t happen by the 24th, I wanted the order cancelled and fully refunded. Instead of honouring that, they gave me contradictory stories every time I contacted them:
• First, they claimed the item was left outside my house (without my permission).
• Then they said the item was signed for (but the signature was not mine).
• Later, they claimed they had GPS proof of delivery—but they failed to provide any real GPS log or delivery photo. All they could show was a random Google Maps image of my street, which proves nothing.
After weeks of chasing them for answers, they finally admitted they had no idea where the item actually is. And if that wasn’t bad enough, they told me to file a false police report claiming the item was stolen, so they could claim it on their insurance and refund me. This is completely unethical, not to mention illegal. Now they dont want to refund me.
Sihoo Australia is either completely incompetent or deliberately misleading customers. Either way, this company should not be trusted with your money. Avoid them at all costs.

Quality is really good
Quality is really good. I bought the M57 and it's very comfortable and has a steady build. the possible adjustments are great. I would have liked it to have a more adjustable headrest for taller people (I'd love to be able to set it higher up to be more comfortable for my height 1.88m aprox. A nice option to see would be the ability to buy a replacement headrest for taller settings). Aside from that I had a small incident with the shipping company but the customer support took care of it swiftly.
Can't complain
I ordered a chair which I instantly realised wasn't right for me and there was no mechanism to cancel the order through the website which was less than ideal. However, I had a good experience returning the item after it was shipped to me. Customer service were helpful and I have received my refund in a satisfactory time frame.
The C300 chair, better than your expectations
If you think that SIHOO makes chairs whose quality leaves something to be desired, I don't agree at all.
I bought 2 C300 chairs that I find really comfortable. My new desk setup with the C300 chair now makes working a pleasure (I also got a footrest, an ultrawide screen, and a good cable management kit).
There was a small problem, I received a broken part of one of the chairs. It was at the level of the parts that hold the lumbar. The breakage occurred during the delivery step. I was able to communicate with customer/technical service who sent me the part within 4 days. This service is very responsive. They won't let you struggle for long.
In short, I recommend this chair!
Customer service surprisingly on point
I bought the S300 towards the end of the year. Generally, the chair is quite well-built but I wouldn't necessarily say a bargain for the price. If you can get it on sale, it might be worth it.
I am quite tall (198cm) and the chair isn't the most comfortable for my height but it's definitely acceptable.
What impressed me most however was the customer service. I had an issue with the right armrest of this chair and Sihoo were very quick and easy with sending a replacement part.
If the chair itself was slightly better value, I'd rate 5 stars. Everything else has been great.
I bought a Sihoo C300 Pro chair
I bought a Sihoo C300 Pro chair, and the shipping speed was fairly fast. However, I encountered some issues while installing the armrests—the assembly was quite difficult. After careful observation, I found that the washer with two holes was slightly too large. When placed inside, it didn’t fully sit at the bottom, making it hard for the screw to reach the other end. (I specifically checked an installation video online, and in the video, it could be placed easily.)
Since only the tip of the screw could catch some grip, applying force while tightening it caused one of the screws to strip. I emailed customer service, and after requesting a short video, they sent me new screws.
There was also a small incident—when I replied with my shipping address via my phone, I accidentally mistyped one digit in the street number, causing a delivery failure. I had to contact customer service to correct it before I could receive the package.
Overall, I had a good experience, as customer service was able to resolve all the issues I encountered.
Here are some suggestions for improvement:
1. Optimize the assembly experience.
2. Provide more instructions on adjustment methods. While they can be figured out, it’s best to have clear guidance.
3. Include cleaning instructions.

The chair is super comfortable, and the quality is incredible. Great construction, with extremely high-quality materials. I am very satisfied. It’s worth mentioning that I had an assembly issue with one of the chair’s parts, and SIHOO promptly offered to solve the problem by sending a replacement part.

I looked at a bunch of ergonomic chairs before settling on the M57, mainly for its breathable mesh and adjustable lumbar support. After a few days of use, I can definitely say it’s much better than a regular office chair—it doesn’t get too warm after long hours, and the lumbar support feels stable. The recline range is just right, so when I lean back, it adjusts smoothly without suddenly tipping. The armrests move easily, though I wish they were a bit softer. Assembly was simple, took me about 20 minutes alone. Overall, a solid chair for long work hours and good value for the price.

Really enjoying this chair so far. I like the ability to adjust it to my body and height (I am 5'8"). Also their customer service has been great so far - the lever attached to the base was broken when they first sent, and they were very quick to replace the base of the chair and answer all of my questions.

Order 10834: Good product quality and customer support
I bought one Doro S100 chair and D03 Adjustable Standing desk on Black Friday. The chair arrived within a few days with really good quality. I had to contact the seller for an update on the desk with no tracking info after 3 weeks. The Sihoo customer support replied my query quickly. It turned out the color I ordered for the desk was out of stock, so I agreed to have a different color shipped to me. The new desk in stock was again shipped really fast. Unfortunately there was an issue that could have been caused during the shipping process, but the customer support team, especially Yan, provided timely and satisfied support to solve the problem.
