Ease of ordering and transfer was great… reason for the 3 vs 5 was that I have reached out a few times regarding the order and possible $ adjustment and had zero response. I also inquired about a backorder, which I understand is beyond SS control, though the generic reply of we don’t know after 6 weeks (and still waiting) didn’t sit well. All said, yes I’d still buy from SS and the process for the ATF and FFL is efficient.

This is my 3rd time using their service…
This is my 3rd time using their service and it works well. The best time to submit form1's is at 2:00AM in the morning, as their servers are not busy. The submit form goes thru on the 1st time. A little tip. Make sure you know your efile pin when you set up your account with ATF. They will mail you another pin when submitting, but don't use that one. Use the one you made when you set up your account.
