This is my 3rd purchase from Silencer Shop this year. This purchase experience has soured my relationship with this company as a consumer. My silencer has been at the dealer for over 7 days, and Silencer shop has not submitted the required paperwork for me to pick it up. The problem with this purchase is that Silencer Shop has ZERO customer service. Their AI assistance is HORRIBLE. I have made 5 calls to the company with wait times over 45 minutes before I hung up, and only ONE of the 5 calls were returned (3 days later). The AI email responses are generic and did not address my concerns. To be transparent, when I finally reached a REAL person, they did their best to address my issues (unfortunately it has not been resolved). The problem is that it's been a month since my order and I still don't have my Silencer, and the fault is completely on the company. The solution is to hire more customer service representatives, not have excessive wait times on the phone, replace the AI assistant, and make the customer feel valued. My issue is still ongoing, and I do not feel valued as a customer in trying to get support in finding a resolution.
