This company must be reported for fraud

Wished I read the comments on this website before ordering 2 items from this shop at the beginning of this month and still waiting for delivery despite their 1-3 day promise. It seems all the reports on this site is similar to the experience I have had. You order, they take your money, then you wait wan wait and wait. Whenever I tried calling, there is always an answering service, I have never reached an actual person. The response is pretty standard, that the product is on its way, however when I check with PostNord, they have no idea what im talking about. I can see that Silene is reporting comments on this site on a daily basis, in an attempt to erase some of the negative things said about them.
I am going to report them for fraud, and wish that everyone who has be defrauded by them will do the same.
The are not worth even one star.
