This was the second time we have used this service for a silent disco. Both times the kit arrived in plenty of time for our party. It was easy to book, easy to use and great quality. Great value for money over the weekend and we had an absolutely great time with no stress about the entertainment. Highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again!

Great service from Mike from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and even added more headsets at 11th hour. All kit worked perfectly out of the box and as explained by Mike.
Everyone were impressed with the concept and especially the awesome party that we had.

Fantastic. Delivery and collection was extremely easy. The moment we switched on our party started and continued for 4 hours without any earphones going dead. Sound quality was amazing and very easy to set up. I would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone.

I can absolutely recommend this company. We took 30 kids to scout camp aged 5 to 18 and everyone of them said the silent disco was awesome. We had everyone up dancing including the leaders. The equipment is so easy to use and delivery and collection are so easy to manage. Will definitely be booking again.

I needed equipment at short notice having been let down by another company...then in my panic booked the wrong date!...Mike was wonderful and sorted everything out,going above and beyond I can't thank him enough...The event was a great success and all the students loved it!!..Thanks again Mike

The customer service for these guys is amazing. They are there for you to answer any query and will help how every they can. Delivery and collection was so easy with time slots.
Watching 100+ scouts and explorers dancing and singing to different songs was hilarious.

At 70 some of our friends didn’t know what a Silent Disco was? They do now thanks to Silent Disco 4U. Fabulous communication with the team and help if needed was always there. Delivered Used and Picked up no hassle and what a fabulous night we had. Truly recommend this company as they were recommended to me. Thanks

Hired silent disco equipment it was very easy to book and everything arrived in good time with easy instructions for use all fully charged and ready to use after a quick set up. Our group really enjoyed the experience and we would defo use again. Easy to return no extra costs. Was kept informed throughout via WhatsApp and all my answers were responded to quickly. Thanks would defo recommend good value for money for any event

We hired the headsets for a hen night, not only a great night had by all but great service from this company. Good communication throughout and quality equipment.

Flawless experience. Sets worked as advised, loved the different coloured lights for different channels. Great way to end a hen weekend.

Would highly recommend hiring silent disco from them. We had an amazing time celebrating a friends birthday away in a lodge. From the beginning the customer service was spot on, discussing and changing my collection date, explaining the technical side of things, the video to set up - everything was straight forward and easy. Thank you, the silent disco was absolutely one of the highlights of our weekend away. Will definitely hire again!

We booked silent disco equipment from these guys for a weekend event and right from the outset their service was fabulous, great ongoing contact, timely delivery of the equipment which was in excellent condition and very easy to set up and use. Our guests had such a great time and instructions for the pick up by DPD were clear and everything went like clockwork. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them again - to be honest we don't tend to do reviews but felt compelled to in this instance as they went above and beyond our expectations.

Utterly hopeless, see they are still failing in their customer services to a number of people. Please DONT use them as they are not trustworthy!

I booked the Photobooth 3 months in advance of my event and even followed up with further emails to confirm.

I was then notified on the day I was expecting the Photobooth that it wouldn't be arriving. Cheekily, Customer Service told me it wouldn't effect my event and I was assured it would arrive before 12pm the following day (on the day of my event)
Unfortunately this did not happen.

The photobooth didn't arrive until the event was well underway and therefore I told DPD to return it.
Thereafter I received constant messages from DPD trying to pick up something we didn't have.
After 2 weeks of back & forth I finally stopped receiving DPD messages and eventually received my refund. Totally unreliable and terrible customer service.
Communication is clearly not their strong suit. Go anywhere else !!!

Thank you Disco4u, we had a fantastic time over New Year. The company went above and beyond to make sure we received our delivery as DPD were a day late to deliver. Disco4u paid for a private taxi to our location that we were staying at. Also a massive thank you to Nick the tech guy who dealt with our calls.

Excellent customer service. Equipment provided in excellent working order and so straight forward. Can't wait to do it again ! Very reasonably priced

It all went well until collection. Was promised a 1 hour collection slot which was in truth a 3 hour slot. It's now 2.5 hours after that slot & now sign. The phone line does not pick up. Suggest an alternative.

Couldn’t fault the service; I contacted them to inform them that I may need to change the date we had booked the set due to unforeseen circumstances and they were very accommodating. The equipment was fantastic-the headsets lasted for two evenings, great sound and really easy to use. The delivery and pick up service was really efficient and communication very clear. Thank you so much for helping to make my 40th a weekend to remember!!
