Everyone at this company is super-nice and helpful. Just amazing customer service. We bought an electronic curtain rail in 2018, and they were so helpful on the phone, helping us connect it. Recently... See more

Silent Gliss fitting nightmare!
Experienced construction worker from shop fitting to civil engineering, I just Fitted a ceiling fixed Silent Gliss curtain rail to a square bay; worst experience that I can remember for a long time from poor design. Once fitted runs fine and wall fixing should be okay but, next time, it will be one of the cheaper flexi rails.
Expensive poor service
Wanted an electric track for one room. Asked them to suggest a fittter. We are in West London, but they could only give us one person's name, who was slow to come round, expensive, and now John Lewis have refused to fit the curtain as the track is not properly fixed to the wall. Do not use this company.
Avoid, terrible customer service
I ordered blinds and curtains from this company for more than £5000.00.
First of all they made several wrong measurements, when finally installed little bits of the poles started falling off, they wanted £40 to replace the end bits of the blinds that we're not properly fixed in the first place. The roman blinds were of very low quality and after a year the pins started protruding through the material.
Since this happened after a year they took no responsibility.
Very unhelpful. Overpriced, terrible quality.
There must be better companies out there.
