Chaos with this companies deliveries.
I ordered a Christmas display weeks ago and heard nothing. I sent emails and received no reply. I contacted Blooms, and after holding a long time, was told nothing could be done as it was in the hands of Hermes. Hermes did not recognise the tracking no.
I should have looked at the previous reviews , and would not have used this company. I wonder if their CEO knows about the chaos in her company.

Awful service. Made an order and paid for my flowers but they never arrived. Initially they said they were lost in transit, then damaged in transit and then that they never sent them. What on earth is going on?!?!
Still no flowers and refusing a refund even after admitting they never sent them....

Zero stars if possible! Absolutely disgusted by lack of communication from this company and STILL no flowers now a month AFTER what I needed them for. Sick of trying to get hold of them and nothing....AVOID. AVOID. AVOID!!!!!

I paid a deposit and then received an email to say my flowers were ready and they needed final payment a year and a half early. When I queried they said they had made a mistake with the date but I could pay a discounted price if I took them now and their phone lines were down so I needed to email to arrange payment. I don't even know if they were ever made as the following week i tried to contact via numerous emails to get no reply only to have found out the shopping centre had totally closed down. I am sure they knew that and were merely trying to get the payment. Glad i hadn't paid in full.

I am currently in dispute with this company as I ordered my purchase at end of April and to date, still no delivery. After contacting Trading standards and a phone call today to the Retail Shopping Centre where they're based, it is the belief this Business has ceased actively trading. I never received an receipt email when purchasing. When I called to query this 2 weeks after, I was told that my order would be delivered the following week. This never materialised. They have since removed their Facebook Page and their Telephone number is no longer available. I would recommend that people do not order from this company until it is established if they are indeed still trading. I have sent numerous emails to ask them to contact me, but no reply.

I have used Silk Blooms to get my bridal bouquet. The quality of the flowers I received was excellent, they were very responsive by email and the package arrived within a few days. Excellent on all accounts.

Nothing but helpful from start to finish. Helped me match colours , then designed a corsage and delivered on time. 5 star service.

I have used Silk Bloom flowers for both my own and my son's wedding now. I have been very pleased with the quality of the products and service provided. I ordered a bridal bouquet, corsage and 2 sets of buttonholes for ushers and bridesmaids. All were beautifully made and looked superb with all of our outfits.

We had some questions about our order and Mara was extremely friendly and helpful from the first time we spoke right through to receiving the order.

They ensured that delivery of the flowers happened within good time for the wedding. Upon receiving the flowers, we were extremely happy with the exceptional quality and the way that they had been arranged. The brides bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets and buttonholes were completely perfect and looked amazing in the photos.

We are both really pleased we chose Silk Blooms to provide the flowers for our wedding day and would highly recommend them!

Beautiful wedding flowers and outstanding customer service. Even though it was a small order and short notice, they were happy to discuss and make amendments to the design to ensure I got the look I wanted.

Silk Blooms made my day perfect with the lovely bouquets they made for my bridesmaids and I. I chose custom made bouquets which they managed to create exactly to what I had in mind. They gave great communication and kept me updated throughout the process. My flowers arrived exactly when they said they would and they were absolutely beautiful. Amazing brilliant!!! Couldn't have been more lovely! And that's the people the flowers were out of this world. I ordered my goes super early and the ship them out closer to the date to keep quality and colour assured. Unfortunately my husbands dad Paul became extremely ill and I requested them to be sent early because we was thinking of bringing the wedding forward and wasn't sure how quickly this could be done. They had no issue at all sent them straight away and advised on how to store them for best quality. The flowers were amazing, brilliant quality, lovely colours and just beautiful!

Silk Blooms created a bespoke package for me which included a bridal bouquet, 3 bridesmaids bouquets and 4 buttonholes. They were extremely helpful from the beginning, helping me to organise my ideas into a final design. I was extremely pleased with my flowers, everybody thought they were real and many people were commenting on how beautiful they were. Would highly recommend!

I ordered 3 items, Onion Grass, Grass Bush and Pothos Bush so I could make up an arrangement. The Pothos Bush was fine, but the other two items were plastic, not what I thought I was getting. For these 3 (very light) items I paid shipping of £8.00. There should be a scale of p&p. It is the most I have spent and I buy a lot of various things from the internet

I would certainly recommend this company for anyone wanting silk flowers resembling the real blooms.

I had a small posy for a recent wedding and had to stop people stroking the petals because they could not believe the flowers were not real. The posy was beautifully finished with ribbon around the stems. Best of all I can keep and admire it for years. Who knows another member of the family has already dropped hits for it to be there "something borrowed" at a future wedding.

Thank you guys so much for my amazing flowers. Mara and her team did an amazing job and they looked absolutely stunning on the day. They altered my bridesmaids bouquets so they were a smaller version of my bridal bouquet and they were all absolutely stunning! Thanks you again so so much!!!

I couldn't have asked for more for my wedding flowers. Mara Rose and her team created the most beautiful arrangements I could have imagined. Their willingness to match the colours to my bridesmaids dresses and make any other changes was exceptional and meant that with all the other things that needed to be planned, the flowers were the one area I didn't need to worry about. They arrived well in advance and were perfect. Thank you so much!!
