I’ve been asking for a return label for…

I’ve been asking for a return label for 8 days and haven’t yet had a response. The fact you can’t get a return label on the website is bizarre. You must email and then get no response

Easy to order

Easy to order, quick delivery.
My wife loves the product and buying direct was the only option available at the time.
Only negatives are the cost of the replacement brushes and postage was expensive as well

When I ordered I messed up and sent a flurry of emails, which meant the order was cancelled but the discount had ended. The customer service guy was lovely and found my order and reinstated it with the discount. Great service!

Fab company and product

Fast delivery and great customer service, they replied to email very quickly.
The light mask with neck attachment is amazing, have been using for a week now and the lines around my mouth have reduced and my skin looks brighter.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service. Allowed the payment to go through knowing they have no stock, been over a week and still no refund issues to my bank, will never shop here again.

I ordered on the 16th with next day…

I ordered on the 16th with next day delivery. It didn’t arrive until the 23rd. I also found it suspicious that it managed to arrive after sending an email to customer service. Not great service at all.

Beware of postage cost

So iam very annoyed about the cost of delivery..2 small.toothbrush replacement heads and cost almost £8 arrived in a huge cardboard package ,honestly ridiculous and not justified.
