Hands down the best customer service EVER!
Due to an inventory issue, I received a phone call that not only rectified it but also blew my mind with quality of service. I ended up having a great, in depth chat with someone that was willing to admit an issue, fix it, offer a multitude of ideas based on what I needed and even throw in something he thought I'd like. I was listened to, understood and also educated on a few things. You can't get any better than that.

I didnt receive my $190 parcel after getting the notification of it being delivered, i proceed to ask my neighbours , check around my apartment as well as the post office which noone but the post master has access too, when i tried to contact them multiple time and continued to get no response. When they finally responded they the tried to just give me a $50 store credit. And when i explained how unfair i thought that was after spending the amount i did i got accused of being a liar and accused of also receiving my parcel.... NEVER AGAIN . Hate horrible customer service and this place is JUST that.

Awesome, package came quickly

very fast shipping but the parcel was damaged and you could see inside so maybe adding another layer may be a good idea. the product was pretty decent will order again for sure

Upon receiving my package that arrived quite quickly. I have to say I liked the way it was packaged very discrete. I got a call letting me know that ten g.s were shake and asked if I wanted to substitute it with something else which was very considerate and was nice to be kept in the loop and Informed. I forgot about the 20%off for new buyers and my wife was a little pissed but I let her know it was still a good deal. But for the ten g substitute I got ten and a half and half g hash plus an ounce of platinum shake which for being shake looks awesome and more than smokable. For all you people who are like me and are not sure where to get stuff. Or maybe you just don't trust sites. This one is more than worth taking the leap with. I will be ordering from here from now on. They check all the marks on my list
