GREAT SERVICE FROM SALES TO TRANSPORT.

I ordered goods at 9.30am, by 10.00am I had received an acknowledgement saying that the goods had been despatched today, service doesn't get any better that that!

The order delivered on time, earlier today - can't complain there. I opened the box and the packaging was great, lots of polystyrene chips, all good so far......However, I took the boxes of Lotoxane out from the polystyrene and both were wet and smelling of Lotoxane. 3 loose bottle tops in one box and 4 in the other - one of which was only 1/2 screwed on - and probably 1/4 of a bottle spilt. All the other "loose" bottles have lower levels that the bottles with secure tops, but not by much. Giving you 2* because of this - not happy.

Sil-Mid contacted me within 45 minutes of my posting this comment above. Very rapid response from Sales Director to resolve my problem - Excellent 5* service for the resolution. Thank you

I have found Silmid to be competitively priced, they possess good product range availability and the website is easy to use and order from.

I was looking for a relatively obscure product, hidden away deep with the bowels of an engineerig drawing. Locked away behind a mysterious code known only to a secret few, which had long since been lost in the mists of time.

Long I searched the mighty Google, until finally in almost abject desolation, it gave me after much searching an alternative to the ancient and mysterious code. I tracked down a mysterious tribe of merchants called the Silmids, hidden amongst the interweb and said, "Behold can you supply me with Everlube 9002?"

To which a reply came to me carried by the mystic winds, "Yes, but it's got a 59 day lead time!" I wandered off chuckling to myself, "lovely jubbly, and thank you very much."
